We picked up 30 pavers and 24 bags of mulch. Alex in the lawn and garden department was so helpful helping us load from the shelves, then into the truck! We were so appreciative of him! Great customer service and friendly attitude!

Lowe's is one of two 'big box' home centers in Owasso. As far as products go, if you can't find it at Lowe's, then you probably don't need it.Employees are pretty much knowledgeable about what they sell, and can generally answer most questions you throw at them.Store layout is pretty organized and most often all shelves are stocked. They tend to have a huge amount of seasonal stuff, usually concentrated in one area, which helps keep things orderly during those hectic times. Nothing worse than just needing a pipe elbow and having to wade through a throng of seasonal shoppers.Lowe's carries brands that 'other store' doesn't, including Husqvarna, of which I'm a big fan.Prices are pretty much on par with any other place, but you can catch some pretty good deals on close out stuff if you keep your eyes open.Overall, I'm a Lowe's fan.

I wish I could give Lowe's ZERO stars for the experience I've had. After months of dealing with damaged cabinet deliveries and unresolved refunds, I'm beyond frustrated.Cabinets were delivered without notice while I was out of town. Out of four cabinets, two were damaged--marking the THIRD time I've received damaged goods. The cabinets don't even match the rest of my kitchen, and the soft-close hinges don't work! Despite countless attempts to resolve this, Lowe's has shown a total lack of communication and responsibility. Four months and four deliveries later, I'm still without usable kitchen cabinets. Not to mention Lowes took 6m to make a refund on a washer. Terrible!

I'm posting this review to let it be known that I had a great experience buying paint from Lowe's after having an absolutely terrible experience with a purchase I made from Home Depot. Lowe's does not have a "Buy at Your Own Risk" paint policy like Home Depot does. My Lowe's representative, Hannah, was very professional, informative, and assured me that if I was not satisfied with my paint purchase, that I could easily return it. Now I'm a reasonable guy, and I wouldn't be the type to take advantage of a policy like this, although I'm sure some other people would. If I picked the color and I didn't like it, I would own it. That would be on me and I wouldn't return it. But if the store didn't mix it right, that's on them, regardless of what the sticker on the can says. Fortunately, Lowe's doesn't consider either of those two scenarios. Their policy is, "If you're not satisfied, we'll take it back." I would advise anyone to use Lowe's for their paint purchasing needs as their store guarantees satisfaction where Home Depot does not. That's where the value is. Overheard an employee mention they get written up for coming to work early but threatened with termination for being a couple minutes behind. I work in retail & I personally think that type of treatment in a workplace with hard working people is disgraceful. I ordered dozens of pickets & they were loaded with no complaint from some hard working men- your employees deserve better. Shame on Lowe's. 0 stars if I could

Tried to do an exchange on a defective gas chainsaw today and manager wont let me excahnge for the same one. The chainsaw runs but wont stay on idle after i release the trigger. Item is less rhan 30day. This the last time doing business with them. They have terrible return policy. They dont even issue store credit for any return even with a receipt. Now I gotta go through craftsman to do a warranty repair. Dont buy anything gas power from them, i guess. Take your business to Home Depot. More return friendly.

I bought a dishwasher and a range, with the gas line, gave me the wrong size gas line and returned it no issues. Got the correct size but now the brand new stove is broken because the lady sold me the wrong fittings with wrong threads, ok stuff happens so I call up to figure out if I need to be bringing the stove back if I can pay to have it fixed OR what and NO ONE will answer the phone after 30 min of being on hold... it rings and goes back to music rings back to music.... There is supposedly a survey after the call... I am wondering how many surveys they get if No ONE will answer the phone. I have been up there 2 times already today, not that busy either time but had to wait both times for customer service lady to stop talking to one of the other staff to help me. HOME DEPOT is starting to look like ab option at this point.

I have been a customer here for over 15 years. I bought an appliance for over 500.00 and then in 9 months it broke and even though I bought the dishwasher with my lowest card the manager told me to figure something out myself and he can't do anything for me... do yourself a favor and go to home depot..they have polite employees and they stand behind their products.

This Lowe's has gone down hill with their service. We use to use this Lowe's for all of our handy service. We have bought several thousand dollars worth of tile - the man loading it onto our truck with a Fork lift abandoned us to help someone else and left us standing in the pick up line for 45 min while my wife and I hand loaded tile ourselves. We had already scheduled an appointment giving plenty of notice for pick up; they we waited 30 min in the pick up lane. On top of this; we rented a floor stripper machine, got home and blades were broken, went back and got a different one; and the vacuum was broken on the machine. My advice would be to try out machines before leaving the store. No one there that day had used the machine before so they were no help.
