Since Lowe's is our only real choice for home improvement stores Muskogee, I've spent lots of time and money here. Overall, it's a good option. I've purchased everything here: decor, diy renovation materials, garden stuff, tools, appliances, you name it. Most of the time the folks working here are helpful. And generally I can find good clearance and good sales on things we need. I wish Muskogee had a Home Depot too just for bigger selection, but I've always been pretty satisfied with the Muskogee Lowe's.

Went to visit the in-laws and their fridge/freezer was failing. On to Lowe's to get a new one. Gabby - maybe her name was did fantastic in the appliances area. She was swamped on this Saturday afternoon and she managed it well! Discount applied and accurate price worked out. When in the area - we will return. Bought a generator here previously because we were visiting and brought back home to OKC that was out (freeze 2020). Staff is friendly and this location is easy to get to. Respectfully,BryanYukon, Oklahoma

My husband and I haven't really had any qualms with our Lowe's. Due to having bad hips, I am grateful and appreciative of the Veteran-Military marked parking spots. Yay!!! That's a plus. Yes I'm a Veteran! I haven't had one person who naysays the folks who park there, approach me about my parking ... so grateful for that too. The garden and lumber centers are our main focus when we do visit. Most of the time, the cashiers and aisle helpers are friendly and patient. I do recommend Muskogee's Lowe's!! Thank you Lowe's for taking care of your patrons and military/veterans !!! What would we do without you?!!!

The staff has been great and congenial. When you have a house to redecorate and maintain, you live here. This trip, we had to go and pick up stump killer and weed killer, cleaning supplies, and a drill bit for stump surgery( for the stump in the backyard). This won't be our last trip to Lowes, considering they are the major retailer for home improvement in Muskogee. Thanks again to the staff for being accommodating and kind on our trip.

If I could write 0 stars I would. I spent +$2,000 at this establishment and when we were leaving we asked for extra help with putting it in my father's truck (redoing my bathroom) We then went outside and proceeded to struggle arranging our items and my mother tried asking for help again and again. My father is disabled and was trying so hard to take this stuff out and rearrange over and over again with my husband. I then went inside and begged for help my dad was in so much pain as he kept trying to pack the truck he shattered his back window and even after I came inside and told them what happened and that we REALLY needed help (Because my dad decided to take a break from the pain) no one ever came out and helped us. No one ever came yet we saw Lowe's workers packing a trailer in front of us...

September 19, 2022, my husband and I visited this Lowes and found kitchen cabinets which had been returned and consequently had been discounted. We wanted to buy them but needed to go get our trailer so we could haul them. We were told by the management that we would have to take them right then. He was very insistent about it being store policy. They would not let us pay for them and mark them SOLD while we went to get our trailer. We returned the following day. A few of the pieces had been removed and one of them had a SOLD sign on it. Something we were told they couldn't do for us. We were still wanting the other pieces. After waiting 30-40 minutes, an employee began looking on the computer for the discounted prices. After a few minutes she said she needed to go back to receiving. The next thing we knew, yellow caution tape was being put around the rest of them. When we asked the young man doing the tape why, he said they were all sold. At other Lowes stores we have made purchases which we have been able to go back and pick up. We will be shopping where the "store policy" is equal for everyone.

1 star only because 0 isn't an option. Worst lowes anywhere. Customer service nonexistent. Inventory management is a joke. If they do have the product you're looking for in stock, it's generally not where it's supposed to be and you have to search yourself because there's no associate to do it for you. Don't even try to call the store! On the slight chance they even answer, they'll then just put you on hold where nobody again answers. It's hard to imagine that corporate is aware this gross incompetence and allowing it to continue!

First off, I have done an immense amount of business at Lowe's. And in most cases, I would rate them with a five-star. They have good products at reasonable prices. Their military discount is always a big plus. However, this rating is concerning a single incident. We had our house sided with aluminum siding. It's an older house, so we wanted to make a few more updates. One of those being guttering. I explicitly said that I wanted 6-inch guttering with 3x4 downspouts. I wanted two more downspouts added, and one moved slightly. The old guttering was 5-inch, with 2x3 downspouts. They installed the new guttering with the two new downspouts. One was placed in the wrong place, but certainly not something I couldn't live with. The downspout to be moved, was done the way I wanted...but again, I could live with it.With a big rain, I noticed that the downspouts were only discharging a small amount of water. Puzzled, I got a ladder to take a look. To start with, they had installed 5-inch guttering, not 6-inch as requested (and paid for). And the slow runoff? For the big 3x4 downspouts, they only made a little 2x2 hole. Not only that, but one of the lengthiest gutters was not installed with the correct elevation, so the water doesn't drain from that area.I have spoken to Lowe's a number of times on the subject, and all I have ever gotten is "that's standard" and "nobody actually uses 3x4s for runoff, they are just for appearance". I didn't go the extra expense to get the same thing installed that I had removed. I had another building done by another guttering company, and they did a GREAT job. They put up 6-inch guttering with 3x4 downspouts that connected with large spillways. That company is A&A Insulation/Seamless Guttering. I would have thought that a big corporation like Lowe's would have done AT LEAST as good a job as a little "mom and pop" company. Lesson learned!
