Who doesn't like a good deli?! Lou's really hit the spot! I got the Italian Submarine with everything on it - very tasty!I've been coming to Tulsa steadily for the past year and this was the first time I stopped in and now I'm shaking my head as to why?! This is an awesome place to grab lunch.My friend said everytime he comes in he gets the spaghetti. It looked good and I would have liked to try it but if I coming to a deli I'm trying the subs first!

Great lunch spot downtown! It's got this old school diner vibe going on, and I haven't had a bad experience there ever.Love the baked potato options, always generous portions that are well seasoned and served with a smile even during the lunch rush.The tuna salad is my favorite.

Great sub! The bread was freshly made and the meat gets sliced as you order. I got a sub with chips and drink for lunch for $10. Friendly service, order at counter, there's no option to tip.

Lou's is a quaint and reasonably priced family-run deli!Lou has been cooking up delicious, no-frills meals for the folks who live and work in Downtown Tulsa for over 30 years. Today, his son works with him and he treats his other employees like family too.. I've seen it.My favorite thing to get here is the Grinder sandwich with peppers and onions, of course.If you want good food, healthy portions, great service, and unbeatable value in Downtown Tulsa... look no further than Lou's Deli.

Really enjoyed the Meatball Sub, very tasty. The cheeses and sauce in the first bite was a preview of what was to come. The meat is seasoned very good and the bread just topped it all off. Highly recommend based off of this eating experience.
