Longs Resort on Grand Lake

We stayed at Long's Resort to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Wanted to return to the Grand Lake area because that is where we spent our honeymoon in 1973. The resort we stayed at all those years ago is gone now, so we were looking for something similar... a cozy, quiet cabin, not a motel or busy atmosphere. We found Long's and it was fantastic. The owners (who knew it was our anniversary) even presented us with an anniversary card and chocolates. The cabin had all the amenities, was extremely clean, decorated cute, and was very comfortable. Would be great for a family vacation and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Longs Resort & Fish Haven is AMAZING!!! Not only do you have gracious hosts who treat you like family, the cabins they have are simply awesome. They've recently updated all cabins and built a brand new one, that I cannot rave enough about. My 2 night stay there at the end of April was not enough. The view is beautiful, the cabin is just the right amount of quaintness with modern amenities. My husband and I stayed her for our wedding anniversary, I cannot wait to go back! VERY peaceful.The resort has a launch ramp and boat dock. They have ice available for purchase and can make recommendations on where to eat, things to do etc. So whether you want to just 'chill' on the lake, fish from shore or go on a lake excursion for your fishing, Longs has it all! Oh, and did I mention each cabin has a kitchen so you can 'eat in' and never have to leave the peacefulness of the resort?!?!?!?!?

We just completed a 3-day stay at Longs Resort on Grand Lake. What a treat it was! Our cabin was roomy, clean, and located right on the lake. Our cabin, and the adjoining one, had a large shared deck with tables and chairs and steps on both sides of it for easy access. We loved sitting out on the deck watching all the boaters and swimmers and chatting with everyone who passed by. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We loved the fact that a paddleboat, paddle boards, and kayaks were available to cabin renters. The owners even helped us get them in and out of the water! All of these recreational items were well taken care of and provided as a courtesy to cabin renters.We were very surprised to learn that many of the guests at Longs Resort on Grand Lake rented there yearly. However, by the time we were ready to leave -- we understood why! Leaving Longs Resort on Grand Lake was like leaving family and friends. Our stay was relaxing, calming, and memorable. This is a keeper and we will be back!

Longs Resort is a perfect place to relax on the lake!!! Quaint update cabins with AMAZING views of the HoneyCreek area! You feel seclude while only 5 minutes to restaurants and shopping. Casey and Gregg Ware are the new owners and do everything possible to make your stay a great memory! I love the new tiny house they just added and also the gathering place with porch swings and a fire pit to sit around in the evening and visit!Thanks Cassey and Gregg

If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, this is the place to stay. Wonderful newly updated lodging overlooking the water. Beautiful and relaxing. The owners of the resort are amazing and right there onsite if you need anything. Cannot wait to go back! This will be a family getaway tradition for many years to come.
