Living Oasis Extended Stay

Housekeeping went through our items and stole my husbands pain medication. The manager didn't help much and we had to call the police to make a report. The housekeeping women didn't even clean the room just changed the towels. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. My husband has to wait to refill his pain meds now and is uncomfortably in pain.

thieves don't stay here. stolen valuable from room. when confronted i was told noone cleaned my room on the cameras but linens and towels were fresh! stay somewhere else

Seriously an amazing hotel! They go out of their way to give the place a homey feel. Everything is clean and I love how cool it is in the rooms. Walk in showers are super Roomie. Definitely stay here!

The service here is horrible. They advertise meals cooked at night, no. When I asked about They said there aren't many people here so we just don't. The cold breakfast is inedible. They advertise laundry service but it's anybody guess if you can get it. Nobody is at the front desk 95% of the time and they don't answer the phone. There is no shower curtain in the bathroom and it's freezing in there. All your stuff gets wet. You have no control in your room to adjust the heat or ac. The ice machine is broken and they said they won't fix it because it cost $5,000. You better bring bottled water because there are no vending machines. They expect you to drink tap water with no ice and it's nasty. The bed spreads have stains on them. ​

This place is trash! I paid for one week there went out with my girlfriend immediately after. We returned later after being at the buckhorn bar. The shower water was cold my girlfriend was speaking loudly trying to get my attention. I had already fell asleep. And didn't hear her. The lady at the front called the cops on me I had an unknown warrant and was arrested. The lady trespassed me also even though I had paid for a week there. i had only been there for 7 hours only to have my number blocked and any other numbers I used to try and get my "non refundable weekly rate fee" back. Now I have to go to civil court to get my money back which is time and more money. This place is trash the girl who manages this place is not mature enough to do the job. Their customer service is crap! Call the cops trespass my girl and I for forgetting to show the lady my girls license? How can u even trespass someone 7 hours after they paid for a whole week? This is crazy!

BE AWARE! On June 14, 2024, the last day of my two-week stay, the housekeeper went through a zippered-up backpack and stole a bottle of prescription pain medication. I reported it to the manager or owner. She did not express any empathy for my situation. She only asked if I had left it on the table by the door. She claimed the housekeeper had been employed there for about a year without issues. On this day, while going through my belongings, the housekeeper found prescription pain medication, something that was worth her taking. Apparently she does go through guests belongings. The housekeeper denied taking it; of course, she would. I left the room briefly, thinking my belongings were safe in my locked room. Sadly, this room didn't provide a " do not disturb sign." I usually take this backpack with me when going to work each day. Sadly, on this day, I trusted them. The housekeeper only replaced the bathroom towels and the trash bag near the room door on this day. The backpack was in the back right corner of the room behind the bed, which was nowhere near where she would need to be to perform those services as she did not make up the bed. The only other persons besides myself with access to the room would be the housekeeper or management. I did file a police report. I am not leaving this review to hurt anyone's livelihood or business. I understand that this was an employee. I am posting this review to inform future guests of the theft I experienced.

This is the best place I ever stayed. It's very family oriented the staff is at your service. I feel very safe here.they have the best home cook dinners this is the place to stay if your ever in Cushing ok
