***Please note that this review is for the NEW Livy Lee's located at 41st Street & Hwy 344 in Berryhill.***DON'T BOTHER BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE & DON'T GET THE ORDER CORRECTIf you are an old, white male, service is awesome! If you are an old, white female, fugeddaboutit! I am an older woman and went into their new 41st Street & Hwy 344 location on Thursday at 9:45 a.m.I stood there waiting while another much younger woman was waited on by a female clerk. There was ZERO acknowledgement of my presence. They knew we were not together. I informed the male clerk who was taking my order that this was my very first time to visit a Livy Lee's. "Uh-huh", was their response. Not: "That's terrific! We're glad to have you as a new customer!" or something similar. As I was attempting to place my order an older man walked in & the male clerk, who had been hanging about, immediately said in a lively manner "We'll be right with you, Sir!!". And then he could barely be bothered with my large order in the $30.00 to $50.00 range. The old white guy ordered one sausage roll. The male clerk left me while I paid. When I finished the process, no one paid attention, so I said: "The gizmo said I'm finished." And both the male AND female clerks said "Yeah. Go on." No "Thank you for visiting". NADA. Just "Go on."This was my first and probably ONLY visit to Livy Lee's. And I'll be sure to tell all my friends and family to avoid Livy Lee's like the plague.Got home and the order wasn't correct.

I went to their Prattville location, which is fairly new, using the drive-thru as I had to try what everyone was talking about on Facebook, and this place exceeds expectations!I ordered the regular and jalapeno cheese sausage rolls which offer a different twist than your traditional rolls. The "roll" part was lightly fried with a hint of sweet breading as opposed to the usual thick, non-sweet breading that comes with sausage rolls. The salty/slightly sweet mix of the bread and sausage made for a perfect combination. The jalapeno cheese sausage roll is much bigger than the regular kind, very filling, and two rolls were less than $4.I look forward to going back to try the donuts!

I will fully disclose that I did not eat a donut but am leaving a review based on service. That being said, I placed a custom order for donuts for my husband's birthday and it turned out to be the perfect morning surprise for him. The staff that I worked with were very communicative and made sure they had the details right (OSU colors for the avid Pokes fan and alum). When I showed up at the north location at 0630 in the morning, my order wasn't there. There was a mistake and it was at the other location instead. I waited for ten minutes and the girls were so kind as so take off 20% for the error and tried to get me to take home cups of coffee on them (which I declined because my arms were full of fried dough and I already had Starbucks in the car). They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was just perfect. As for the donuts, my husband loved them! He devoured two, left two more for my son to poke at, and took the remainders to work (which won him all sorts of praise). Also, follow them on Instagram! Even though I don't eat donuts, I still love staring at all the creative concoctions they come up with. A girl can dream!

We hadn't been there (Prattville) in a while because we don't pick up breakfast often. In the past it has been awesome. We picked up some sausage rolls today and were very disappointed. They weren't like sausage at all, but like hot dogs. They were more like pigs in a blanket.

I've had several bad experiences at this restaurant at both locations. On numerous occasions they haven't had food that is advertised on their menu, they've told me they're "sold out" of things at 630 in the morning, they've given me a Cajun pie that's nothing but jalepenos, they've given me a Cajun pie that's was basically empty with only a couple of tiny flecks of ham in it, and various other things. Recently, between both locations, about 6 visits they've had no Cajun pies. Once they told me they had made 4 that day. Yesterday, someone told me they'd save me one for today. Went at 630, got my breakfast, got all the way to work and instead of a Cajun pie, I bit into a sausage square! I'm done with Livi Lee's!
