Little Caesars

After a not great experience with this location 2 1/2 years ago, we decided to give this location another try. We ordered a pizza last week and it was good, however we got the stuffed crust when we had ordered the crazy crust stuffed crust. I let them know online about the mixup and the store manager emailed me saying they would give us a free replacement pizza as well as an order of crazy bread to make it right. He also called me and left a voicemail to tell me the same thing. We redeemed that offer tonight for Super Bowl Sunday and everything was very good! We're happy we gave this location another chance.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had I showed up at 9 o'clock tried to order a pizza they said we absolutely will not make a pizza for you I said what time do you close they said 10 o'clock an hour left to work and they refuse to make a pizza? Huh?

Apparently this location is the one that doesn't care about customers, they closed the lobby an hour before the scheduled time, they refused to answer the phone & it was a 30 minute wait in drive thru.wgen we FINALLY cmmade it to order the girl didn't know half of the pizzas that they had and asked "Where is Lloyd" to which another employee said "Who's Lloyd" our ticket said "Lloyd P" was the cashier. So either this location had a mass Exodus of employees or there is a major lack of management. I hope corporate cleans this place up

Don't come to this location if you don't have 20 minutes to spare. Just stay home and bake your own pizza, it will be faster.

I pulled up normally pizzas' are hot and ready to go but not today. Apparently, I just made it right after rush hour. They weren't prepared but perhaps that's a good thing because I know it's fresh. Pizza tastes a bit like cardboard with sauce and cheese but when you're hungry and broke it taste better than nothing. I will give it three stars because the quality of the food could be a little better in my humble opinion.

I've been to two locations just within the last four days, the first visit was dinner time, an the second visit was lunch time. An so far the Hot and Ready Pizza that use to live up to the words have been disappointing. Today I was there when they opened thinking that I would DEFINITELY have a Hot and Ready pizza since they JUST OPENED, but instead my pizza tasted, looked and felt like "day old lukewarm and ready pizza....

Thank you for supporting veterans! I enjoyed my lunch special! This is as close to Detroit style pizza I have found in Tulsa.

This place sucks!! The customer service is beyond ridiculous. The food always taste like dirt... they like to over charge you and refuse to give you the food you paid for in the first place!!! What a pathetic place of business including the rude and incompetent workers!! Can not believe the level of stupidity at this place.

We've been longtime customers at this location but the service has gradually only gotten worse. There was a situation a little while ago where we went through the drive through for a hot and ready pizza and a italian bread and we asked them if we'd have to wait on the italian bread because if we had to wait on it (usually you have to) we wouldn't get it because we had somewhere to be. They said we wouldn't have to wait on it and asked us to park over there. After us around ten cars came and went through the drive through and at least five were parked just like us and they kept coming and leaving although we ordered first. When a guy came out to give the car next to us their pizza we asked him when we'd be getting our pizza since it had been around fifteen minutes at that point. He said we were waiting on the italian bread. . . Afterwards we waited for another twenty minutes or so and then when everyone else was gone we had to confront the worker in the parking lot. He was very kind and apologized for the wait and bad service and we pulled around to the front and he brought us out two sausage pizzas which we told him we didn't order. We repeated the order and he went inside and carried out two pepperoni pizzas and told us the guy who's in charge had given away our italian bread to other customers and the two pepperoni pizzas were all they had left. We ended up getting the two pizzas free and our money for the original order back. The only reason I'm leaving two stars is because the pizza is cheap and usually pretty good.
