As a Hilton diamond rewards member and a road warrior, my breakfast dining experience here was well not well!Being as the only thing available was The buffet being priced at $30.00 per person. I would expect more than the basics. On the buffet. Eggs were warm and dry, potatoes were dried out was well. There was a egg casserole that was cold and as my wife said rubbery. We waited quite some time to get coffee and we were charged for coffee and orange juice. On a $30.00 buffet per person. Obviously they experienced staffing issue the day we went here. Still not an excuse. they need yo get act together. Sure this is for those staying at hotel, quality need to be way better!

Romantic ambiance, friendly server (James was great!) and delicious steaks and sides - enough to share between the 2 of us. Yum!

The service at Level 2 is incredible! We had a large group and our server was very attentive and made sure our drinks were never empty. I love that you get to choose what type of knife you would like to use if you order a steak or any other menu item that requires a knife. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi. The shrimp were delicious, however the pasta was a little too rich for my liking. They are known for the steaks. I will definitely order the filet next time I go!

Level 2 Steakhouse located in the Hilton in Branson is excellent. The dining room is beautiful and the service is excellent. We had prime rib and we loved every mouthful. The sides of Brussel sprouts, mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, corn , creamed spinach and carrots were delicious. We ended up taking sone home for leftovers the next day as the portions were extremely generous. If you are looking for a delicious meal in Branson, you won't go wrong here!

This was a very upscale steakhouse in the Hilton. My wife's fillet was good. My ribeye on the other hand was more like a sirloin. I pointed this out to my server and he adjusted the check. I would try this again and then make a final decision.

Total disappointment. Was not busy at all and despite not being able to make a reservation, we decided to just stop in and see if we could get a table. Turns out they were not even busy and seated us immediately. This was 7pm on a Saturday evening (7/27). At the 20-minute mark of not even being acknowledged (not even water) and seeing others get seated and getting their drink orders in, we got up and left. We were going to order a bottle of champagne, order steaks, etc. Adding that the loud, bass sounds coming from the floor below certainly did not add to the ambiance. As a long-time Hilton Diamond member, I expect better from what is considered to be a flagship restaurant.

Let me first say this meal cost me almost $700 with tip included. There were five of us and we did have six cocktails (which were very good). This restaurant which is located in a hotel had let's just say "meh" in ambiance. I expected something a lot more upscale feeling based on the menu and prices, it we were stuck in a corner right at the front of the restaurant (a table reserved for weeks in advance for a special occasion). Four of us ordered steaks (3 filets and 1 strip). All the filets were ordered medium rare and all were grossly overcooked to medium well (IN A STEAKHOUSE!!!!). These steaks do not come with sides, you must order shareable ala carte sides. When you have five people with different preferences this was a challenge, driving the price up. We ordered Parmesan Truffle Fries, creamed spinach and asparagus. The fries were so tough they were inedible, the asparagus spears were a soggy mess but the spinach was divine. Our fifth guest ordered the Rotisserie chicken and said it was very good however she wasn't all that hungry so she asked for it to be boxed up to go. They removed it from the table and threw it away just wasting a $40 meal. Two of us added scallops to our meal and both were overcooked and without any flavor. Regarding service, I would liken this to a greasy spoon diner, not great and certainly not professional! This restaurant brings you a selection of knives to choose from, describing weight and balance, unique for sure but every knife was dirty looking with hard water spots. This restaurant offers steaks that cost up to $240. If I'm paying this kind of money for steaks, everything from clean steak knives to perfectly cooked steak and accompaniments along with wonderful service is expected. My advice to people in 417 land is if you want these things from a local Steakhouse, go to Char in Springfield and you definitely will not feel like you paid $700 for creamed spinach.

Don't waste your money. We had a horrible experience and will never be back. We came in for a Thanksgiving/Birthday celebration. I told called multiple times to remind it was my sons bday, let alone his first birthday with family in 5 years due to him being active duty. They totally forgot about my son bday. Promised to make it right and never did. Not even a simple phone call with an apology. With the way they treat our military service members, I will never eat or stay at another Hilton again. And for those that had a bad experience and think the management will call you back and make it right. Don't hold your breath. They truly don't care.
