We were having car trouble in Grove, and Les' Auto Repair came to our rescue! Fast, friendly, and easy on the wallet! We were back on the road in no time!!! Thank you!!!

Everything from a gas cap that's not right to a total overhaul, Les is my man. He is the best mechanic we have ever used and he makes sure what goes on in his shop is top quality. He has fixed issues that we tried for years to correct and he had them figured out in less than an hour. He also completely re-wired a car for us that was improperly fixed a year ago--it had issues no one else would mess with. He is always conscientious with each detail and responds quickly to me. As a single woman, it's important to me that when my car has an oil change, it gets inspected for other potential problems and they are brought to my attention. Les is simply the best.

I don't leave reviews often for I find myself mostly disappointed these days so bad reviews usually dont help but I wanted to say I have found Les's to be the best service I have found in quite sometime. I found myself taking my car there after a major dealership in Miami could not find the problem, Les found it and repaired at a fraction of the price. I then took my F350 there after 2 alternator replacements and Les found the problem, they kept me infirked and charged me fairly! for my opinion I highly recommend this place!!!!

After attempting to get an alignment done yesterday on our vehicle, my husband noticed that the truck was not aligned and the parts that they use to do the alignment were damaged and bent. My husband went back and got a refund. We have to pay someone else to complete the alignment but first we had to get new parts. These were brand new parts. We went in today to visit with Les to figure out how to resolve the issue of the broken parts and Les screamed at us through the window that we could warranty out the parts and it wasn't his problem. Les Held up the paper that my husband signed yesterday to get his refund for the alignment and said that my husband signed the paperwork and it wasn't Les' problem. Les ran out the door after my husband and attempted to open the door while his wife screamed at us calling us tweakers. All we wanted was info on how to correct the broken parts, not a brawl. Completely unprofessional. We will not be back. Money isn't the principle, we got our money back. Disrespect and the way people are treated is important when running a business. I would have given a 5 star review had we not been treated so poorly. I have seen on previous poor reviews Les coming back with things to say about the person leaving the review- say what you want but the way you handled the situation was very unprofessional

These people are great. I read negative reviews and I laugh. I know first hand, just because we think we are mechanics, doesn't mean our diagnosis is right. Sometimes it's something else entirely and we just have to suck it up. They are professionals guys! You're not mad at your doctor because you weren't right about what was going on with your body, so why blame these guys you were wrong and had to pay a little more for the right procedure? I'm no doctor. Or mechanic. 5 stars. Trusted. I will go no where else.

I was visiting from Colorado and heard a low, growling noise from my rear, passenger wheel when coming to a stop in Grove. I didn't hear the noise again, but Les' Auto repair was kind enough to get me in the next morning to make sure my car was okay to go back the 700+ miles to Colorado. The folks at the shop were friendly and kind, and after spending quite some time trying to figure out what made the noise in the first place, they didn't charge me a dime since they couldn't find anything. Thank you again for being so helpful and putting my mind at ease for the trip back home. You guys are the best!
