The reviews here aren't messing around. I was hesitant to try this place out. Nothing about a typical diner screams "truly great food!!" ... but this place has truly great food. Classic dishes (and a few twists in there ), perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned, served hot. What more could you ask for?What's more, I walked in 30min to close, but nobody rushed me or reminded me of when they close. In spite of how late it was, there were only 2 tables open! My server was friendly, hospitable, and helpful. I was able to eat and get out of there in 35 minutes - trying to respect their staff - and there were still some other tables lingering when I left. I agree with the other reviews. Highly recommend.

I just saw the ribbon cutting for this spot on a Grove Facebook page, so I wanted to try it! I'm very glad I did. The owner's family was eating when I arrived, and the food looked delicious from first sight. The owner was incredibly nice and eager to please, and the 2 waitresses also did great. It's a cute little building in that old diner style. It's pretty small inside, so since I was alone, I tried to eat and run because it was getting busy! But I was never made to feel in any hurry. My food came out very fast and piping hot. I had the fish and chips, and I've never had fries like these! They were amazing. The coleslaw was very good too. The homemade batter they used for the fish and the fried mushrooms appetizer I ordered was fabulous. Hand battered with the right amount of seasoning. My only very small dislike was the ranch. It's bottled I'm pretty sure. Oh! And I absolutely loved my diet Dr. pepper because they have amazing ice too. And portions are huge, so come hungry! Overall, I will definitely be back. For your typical American style diner food, this was a notch above. I kept staring at everyone's orders around me, and I want to try everything I saw!

Delicious food and great service! Very generous portions so if you're a small eater they gladly provide 'to go' containers. I've eaten here several times and ordered different menu items each time. We've also ordered takeout and just picked it up at their convenient drive through window. Everything has always been very good! My personal fave is the smothered chicken and their shrimp Po' Boy sandwiches.

This is the nicest little diner around. Not a bunch of seating but definitely a diner atmosphere. All the staff are very friendly and efficient and the food is amazing. We tried it last weekend for dinner and loved everything we got. Decided to go try their burgers for lunch this weekend since we heard so much about them and they were excellent. Buns were very soft, meat was huge and cooked to perfection. My wife got a hamburger and asked for caramelized onions which they did. I got the Cheyenne burger and I can't even explain how good that was. All the fries and onion rings are hand cut. I watched the cook batter and fry the onion rings. No frozen junk here. This will be one of our go to places.

Best burgers in town! Friendly staff and cute diner vibe. Their daily specials don't disappoint either!

Great place! Their sandwiches are huge, customer service is great, and is a very low key environment for some good food. Great for visitors as it has an array of options while upholding the quality of food.

Best bacon cheeseburger I've had in a long time. I've also had the chicken fried stale. It was great as well. The service was good as well. I wish they had more tables. It gets crowded there quickly.

Chicken Southwest Pasta is delicious! One of my favorites. If your looking good home cooked food, this is your place! Pleasent atmosphere. I've tried almost everything on that menu and it's the best you'll eat!
