Laralea's Dog Spa is a tale of two experiences. When Laralea herself works her magic, you're guaranteed the best grooming in town. Our pups come out looking like doggie supermodels, complete with accessories that stay put for weeks on end - seriously, bows that withstand time!The hiccup here is the inconsistency with other groomers. Some are fantastic, while others fall a bit short. For our younger dogs accustomed to being around others, this is a go-to spot. However, for our older, sensitive rescue pup, the morning drop-off and evening pick-up, coupled with the presence of other dogs, can be stressful.The facility is clean, and top-tier products are used - a definite plus. It's clear that Laralea sets the standard, but the experience can vary with other groomers. If you prioritize a clean, well-equipped spot with occasional brilliance, Laralea's is worth a visit. Just be mindful of the mixed bag when it comes to different groomers.

Olivia is truly a remarkable dog groomer, and I cannot emphasize enough how talented she is. I wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone in need. Her expertise surpasses all expectations, and even when faced with the challenge of grooming my incredibly hairy Pekingese, she handles it with remarkable ease.

After my groomer of more than a year quit last minute, I needed to find somewhere who could take my standard poodle fairly soon. Laralea's was able to get us in in just a week! I'm extremely picky about my standard poodle's groomer because we've unfortunately experienced some horrible grooms in the Tulsa area and my boy is a gentle, sensitive soul. I was pleasantly surprised with the service we got! Upon arrival, the groomer (forgot to get her name) was very patient listening to me explain my dog's needs and my grooming preferences. She did a great job with the whole groom and did everything exactly how I requested, despite it being an odd request. She even did a fancy banding for the topknot. She was really sweet!The shop environment was overall peaceful and did not seem rushed, which I appreciate. It's a pretty far drive for me but for a good groom it's worth it.

Excellent work, we trust all our dogs to them. So very thoughtful as well, when we lost one of precious pals, they sent us a nice floral arrangement.

Unfortunately not a good experience for my two boys I dropped them off early and asked if I could pick them up later in the daytrusting my boys would be cared for When I picked them up they were both very stressed and extremely thirsty as if they had not been given water all day or had gone out to potty Both of them are registered therapy dogs and are older The actual grooming was fair at best Needless to we will not be returning This place is not for us but maybe it will be a different experience for you

Laralea and her staff take great care of all four of our dogs!!! Yes, they are busy!! It's because they are so good at what they do!!

I can only put a 1 Star on ere. My dog was 3 rd in line for a haircut and grooming on Saturday at our 8:00 am appointment. He is a Yorkie about 13 years old. I called them at 1:30 pm and they were not done with him. I'm not even sure they had started with him. They told sick and elderly were done first! Oh my goodness! I was not happy and was very loud with them! So I couldn't do much but wait. So at 3:30 I told my husband let's go get our dog, even if they haven't started him we will just leave with him! We got there and they were working on him and said 30 more minutes. Fine , if he's almost done we'll come back. So we came back and still had to wait almost 20 more minutes for them to finish! So poor dog had to be there from 8:00 am till 4:30 pm! No pee brakes food or treats ...water? don't even know! They did do a great job on the hair cut but I will never go back there!!

Worst place to take your pet. They will leave your pet locked up in a small kennel for over 5 hours and will let the dogs sit in their own urine. I dropped him off at 8:45am and picked him up at 3pm covered in urine and had not even started on my dog. Stay far away!!!!!!

Read the reviews! Terrible experience. 2yr goldendoodle had no issues prior.2nd visit, I dropped him off at 7:30 AM. By noon, I hadn't received any updates, so concerned I called at 3 PM. They hadn't started his haircut because another dog sadly had a seizure. Why was I not informed?! My dog hadn't eaten, and they rushed his haircut after starting at 4:30 PM, finishing after 5:30 PM.I regret leaving my dog there for 9hrs. Groomers should keep all dogs safe and inform owners in emergencies. After 9 hours, my dog was stressed and biting; I would be too!I'll never recommend this place! The owner excused the situation by saying she was out of town due to a family emergency and that they had been short-staffed for a while. Overbooking and overwhelming staff is not my problem. I wasn't given an apology, and a free haircut offer to return doesn't make up for the trauma. I will never return.
