This place is an absolute joke - from the salesman John who promised a reliable vehicle but actually sold us a HOOPTY, from the Parts guy who is either lying about what's wrong with the vehicle or doesn't know how to fix it, to the GM who washes his hands of any responsibility for the junk of a vehicle sold my husband and I claiming that when the vehicle breaks down is out of their hands - even though we had it less than a week before it had to be taken back.My husband and I drove to OKC from Tulsa to buy a 2020 RR Velar that they just received on their lot. It was a certified pre-owned vehicle that John promised passed all inspections. As soon as we drove it 70mph on the highway, the engine light came on. We bought the Velar outright in cash, no negotiating or haggling, as we trusted the word of RR Tulsa and salesman John.They drug their feet through the holidays to communicate with us what's wrong with the vehicles. We remained patient on more promises it would be done after the new year and that it was only sensor issues. They have now had the vehicle longer than we have owned it. They won't even call to communicate like real men, just sending texts to my husband with a "welp sorry". This is becoming a joke at this point and we are enraged.We have had better hospitality from a used car lot. Who would have known that a Range Rover Tulsa was going to sell us a LEMON!!! I will never recommend these a-holes or their POS vehicles to anyone else. Range Rover is a junkyard with caviar attitudes.

First contact with advisor was unsettling, took my car in for a manufacture defect, panels around the vehicle was peeling paint (my vehicle is a 2020) paint shouldn't be peeling on PANELS ONLY. Through out my contact with him he kept saying "LET ME SEE WHAT I CAN DO...... I NEED TO SUBMIT BUT DON'T GET ANGRY WITH US IF IT DOESN'T GET APPROVED........ when my appointment day arrived I was told it would take approximately 1-2 days almost 2 months go by I get a call saying my car is ready. I pick it up and totally my fault I didn't walk the passenger side, 3 hours later I notice that 2 panels on the passenger side wasn't replaced, I take it back to Land Rover and my advisor didn't even know it wasn't replaced.... He then says "DAMN IT! I FORGOT TO ORDER IT" now I have to wait 4 months for my next appointment. I drove a Mercedes all my life until recently I now drive a Land Rover. I have never had a bad experience with the service department at Jackie Cooper Mercedes. I guess everyone treats there customers differently. So sad......October came next appointment for my panels, that repair took almost 4 weeks to get done, they also had to replace my screen and center console panel, in the process of that they damaged the panel near the gear shift so they had to order the parts. Since replacing my screen I have encountered issues with my screen turning black and nothing worked. Next repair April 2023 they fix the screen again along with my key fob so all systems work together that service took 3 days yay! But now 3 days later my entire front end safety features don't work and my entire dash is flashing red safety measures needs to be taken. Not to mention 2 panels on my drivers side is pealing paint like the last ones they replaced and now I'm being told I'm out of my warranty so I have to pay to replace. My car is still in service.But out of all the issues I've encountered I have been very patient, kind and respectful to everyone I have spoken with, to have my cup holder cover go missing. Which they're replacing.

I'm from California and traveling back home. I previously had it serviced at a local dealership and was there almost 7 hours! It was night and day from the service I experienced here. I had a service alert come up and wanted to make sure nothing was wrong... so I chanced it and took it to the Tulsa dealership to see if they could take a look at it before heading home. Andy immediately came out to ask me what I needed! He true to reset the alert and was unsuccessful. He took it back and had it out within 5 minutes!!!! He assured me that nothing was wrong and we were on the road. Thank you so much for your professionalism and quick service. Sure wished your dealership was closer.

Purchased a used 2012 LR4 via the Internet site unseen. Had major issues with trucking companies that promised to pickup the car, after 3 weeks they never did so I flew out and drove it back to Portland Oregon. Car was perfect, exactly as described. Sales man Rupy was easy to work with and picked me up at the airport. They didn't pressure me to get the car off the lot when the trucking company failed. Great experience!

Everyone here was friendly. They smiled, they offered us something to drink, and brought a bucket of candy over to us so our kids could pick something out. They had a kid play area with kid chairs, a lowered tv, and coloring books. John helped us with our rover and spent one on one time to go over all the buttons and settings in the car with us. We didn't feel rushed through on learning the car. He answered all of our questions. After we were done with our purchase, he even offered us quarters for the turnpike for on the way back home.The finance manager also got us a decent rate. Good experience.

I called from out of town to check if a vehicle was still available. Talked to BJ in finance who assured me it was still available. He asked me to submit my credit application which I did immediately. Called me back quick saying it might be a little challenging but I had more than enough to put down and it was definitely possible and that he would submit my application to the banks. I was excited but after 2 days of no response, I called to find out he never submitted my application and they sold the vehicle the day I inquired about it. Idk. BJ may do 100 deals a day but those hard inquiries are HUGE to me and a phone call should of been made before I put my application in. Beware if your applying from out of town. If your local, go stand on your vehicle before they sell it to someone else and dont call you.

If I could give them a zero star I would. This dealership was very unhelpful and rude. Spent 30 minutes outside in their lot and no salesman until we went back to the car. Salesmen are arrogant. Will not take the time to call you and let you know when a vehicle becomes available. Overall bad customer service. Will take our business to another dealership. I'd rather drive 2 hours or out of state than deal with them.

I visited Range Rover of Tulsa yesterday and was shocked as to how unprofessional and disinterested they are. I looked at all the vehicles on the showroom floor twice and my presence never acknowledged. I went and got my husband to show him a vehicle in the showroom floor and we were again never spoken to or acknowledged. I'm curious how they can stay in business when they have zero customer service skills.

EDIT, the salesman who sold me the car lied. Told me all 4 wheels had new tires. That was not true. I had a blowout on the highway after I believe 7k miles due to bad alignment, both front tires were worn to the wire. Went to the dealership and they replaced one tire and gave me an alignment, and I paid for the other tire. The dealership did their part to help make it right, the salesman is not recommended.

Wonderful Dealership! They sent me every single service record of my '11 Range Rover Full Size since it was new in 2010. They also made me feel comfortable when buying the car from someone besides them, they said, "I know that car it was a doctors' wife's car and it was in here for service every single time, and don't hesitate to buy it." So i did, and i couldn't be any happier !!! Will for sure be back for future business and service overall, oh and I should also mention that the day I bought it from "Overdrive Automotive Center" i had a problem where my car charger wouldn't work, took it across the street to Land Rover Tulsa and they swapped the fuse on their time and money. zero issues.
