Lake Sahoma

Park and lake were made in 1947. Sapulpa Parks Department cares for this "park in the rough". They do a fair job, they probably keep it cut in season. The water is way down, so I don't know how fishing is. There is a boat ramp, latrines, concession stand in season, old fashioned play ground, picnic tables. There is an RV campground across the street that is part of the park. Additional star for breeze and sunset!

One of the area's best places to kayak. Paddle to the lake's west end then north into Rock Creek. This is a lovely tree covecovered paddle in the summer!Fee charged for fishing!
