Ladybug's Flowers & Gifts

Wanted to send flowers to a young-at-heart friend in the hospital. I found this florist on Yelp and called. I was very pleased with the selection and the prices! The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and friendly and the resulting same-day delivery was even nicer than the picture, quite a rarity. I'll certainly be using them again!

My husband sends me flowers from Ladybug's frequently but this time they were even more exceptional. Received them May 1st & it's the 9th and they still look beautiful!

I've used Ladybug twice and had a great experience both times. The second time, I brought in a picture, and they made an almost identical arrangement for me. I was pleasantly surprised by the price and really enjoyed the atmosphere in the shop, but I'm biased toward any store that has pets (birds in this case). Both times, they got the arrangements to the correct place at the right time and were very friendly.

Alost exact the same positive experience as the previous reviews. My son has ordered flowers from them for my birthday and Mother's Day for yrs. They've been beautiful arrangements. He's had very specific requests and they have created exactly what he asked, but I also had a problem not receiving a delivery this Mother's Day. I thought he'd forgotten me this yr :-) but since I hadn't said anything he me asked if I'd received them so I just found out. I haven't called them yet but I'm hoping they'll make good as they did for another reviewer.

Ladybugs make beautiful flower arrangements and will deliver quickly, even at a late notice. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Great place to do business with!

After my mother failed to receive flowers on her birthday due to technical errors on their website, I called the shop and the sales associate placed the blame on me. As I went to hang up, I heard the woman talk trash about me to her supervisor. In the future, I will be purchasing my flowers elsewhere and recommending my friends and family to avoid Lady Bug at all costs.

I ordered flowers for our office staff. I was amazed at the great job the florist did on the arrangements and how quickly they got it created and delivered. The arrangements were beautiful! The flowers were fresh and the colors were vibrant. I will definitely use Ladybug's again.

Ladybug's did an amazing job on the flowers for my parents anniversary! I put the order in online and they sent me a picture before delivery since they had to change one of the flowers. They were magnificent and the customer service went the extra mile. Thanks!
