Kwality Ice Cream & Grill

This place is a must for ice cream. We stopped in here a few months back and got ice cream. The butter pecan ice cream was so good. You could tell it was homemade. The strawberry smoothie from here was really good and made with fresh strawberries. Great service we will be back

Curiosity led me to try Kwality on what had been a mellow Monday, hungry as per usual and searching for something unusual I pulled up to a nearly empty parking lot, of which is a shame because dang... Walking in I was greeted by colorful and delicious looking pastries- the common cookies, cupcakes, brownies and breads matched with unique Indian style pastries with charming names and interesting flavors. The lunch and dinner menu is a fun play on traditional Indian food with American style pizza, paninis and wraps. The flavor was excellent, the service friendly and the establishment clean, inviting bright. Super satisfied with this place - check it out NWA! Fast and made to order!

The customer service is horrible. Had to wait 30 minutes for a order that was suppised to be ready when arrived. Their exvuse they had inspection. As time past kept saying 5 more mi utes. Terrible.

Was looking for a place where I could find good Black Forest pastry ,I am so glad that Kwality serves amazing Black Forest pastry (eggless/with egg) , pineapple,butter scotch and tiramisu are also good. I even got plum cake with rum during Christmas and I must say I absolutely enjoyed it.I have been here a couple of times; sometimes chaats are good and sometimes they are just satisfactory!! Panini, frankie ,puff and wraps are flavourful. Paneer tikka and chicken tikka have the same flavour with different protein so make sure to choose other options If you miss Indian McDonald's the veggie burger is adequate to satisfy your craving temporarily The staff is friendly and the service is good. If you are in Bentonville I would definitely recommend it for pastries,ice creams,cookies and you can go here once in a while when you crave for some Indian savoury.

I ordered the tiramisu and mango cake slices , both were really tasty we also tried a butter pecan ice cream which was also good

Loved this place! We came here after seeing that this was going to be branch off of Flavors Indian Cuisine. It's located in the never-seems-to-be-able to-hold-a-restaurant corner unit of the strip that is right off of Rainbow Curve. Their menu is interesting - with a focus on quick grill items and desserts. We tried a little of both: the Paneer Tikka Frankie (think Panini with tikka masala on it), chocolate cake, and a Pan Masala ice cream (unique Indian offering). All were great! The Frankie was definitely the highlight for me. It had huge flavors and it was just the right portion size. Their prices are a bit high - $5.49 for two scoops of ice cream is a bit much. But, for a unique treat every once in awhile, this is definitely the place to visit. We will be back!

We came here for some ice cream after dinner. I wanted to try something new, so here we came. They offer more than ice cream, but that is what I tried and what I will review. They offer food and other desserts. They have traditional flavors and unique flavors. I tried one with cardamom in it and it was delicious. I'm a huge fan of that flavor. Everyone else liked their ice cream too. It was a little pricey, especially compared to other local ice cream places. Customer service was good too!

Ordered cake and Pastries were old and dried Spoiled cake Waste of money Worst experience I don't want to give even one star Cashier was Very Rude..Very disappointed

the pastry we ordered had molds on it. be careful while you order any food. Remove the paper and check thoroughly before you eat.

The pizzas here are very good. I tried Lamb Tikka and Chicken Tikka pizza. Both were fantastic. Reasonable pricing and great taste.
