Kenny's sold and installed my Viper vehicle remote start. From the time I stepped in the door the staff were friendly and they were able to install my purchased items in a single day. Installation was professional and I have had great luck with my new system. I already have plans to return to Kenny's for some upholstery work. Overall a great shop with excellent customer service.

I had to take my car for repair on December 2nd after an accident. I got it back 24 days later, they had a problem with their sprayer, oil mixed with paint. They had to sand and paint all the cars again. When I went to get my car, they just handed me the keys and let me go. I was disappointed, hoping for a little something, maybe fill up my tank that would've cost them $20, but nothing! I am an Uber driver, and this meant that I couldn't work for 24 days!I went home right away and sent a message on their website, saying how disappointed I was. I had an answer less than an hour later from the owner "I am so sorry for what happened, I was gone for a month, what can I do to make it right!"I was surprised to receive such a fast answer and told him that my car needed some love and made a list of what needed to be done, telling him to choose whatever he wanted to do on this list. I had an answer right away "bring your car on the 7th and we will do everything on the list!" I was amazed!I got my car back last night, everything on my list has been fixed. I have no word to say how thankful I am, and what an awesome customer service they provided, they really went above and beyond, and I can't recommend them enough!

I would not recommend this company at all to anybody came by to see if they can order a bracket for my amp steps. They said they no longer make it and cost me $1700 to get a new one so I called AMP and the bracket is on backorder!

we took our vehicle to Kenny's thinking it would be a good and reputable place. Took our vehicle to change upholstery and (Brandon)somehow the service advisor ended changing our already installed alarm and installed downgraded alarm without our authorization. Not only that but he also ended up replacing and changing abs sensors and took off an airbag sensor without ever replacing it. Not only that but they also wired the downgraded alarm incorrectly causing an electrical shortage affecting speedometer not working at all, the downgraded alarm they installed was faulty and a large downgrade to the viper top of the line alarm I had installed on previously.PLEASE NOTE THAT WE NEVER TOOK OUT VEHICLE NOR DID WE AUTHORIZE TO MAKE ANY OF THESE CHANGES. Brandon was nowhere to be found, management would NEVER transfer me to Kenny to let him know or to at least try to correct this issues.As soon as we found out what they have done we contacted management at the time to let them know what happened we contacted Kenny's management, we took our car back to them to get this corrected. Stayed there for over 1month and they did absolutely nothing to fix this problemThey are very nice to talk to but they never help to try to resolve anything.We have had the worst experience with them to the point where we are going to sue and expose this so it won't keep happening to other customers

I had a really great experience with all of the people I talked to. They were able to install the system in my VW's that let me lock and unlock my vehicles remotely. They worked with my schedule and even dropped me off at work when I left my cars with them. I had marks on my convertible that I had the body shop look at for an estimate and they just buffed them out without needing major work that the dealership originally quoted. Looks good as new and I love the remote unlock/lock feature. I also had a module that I added to my truck and when the Bluetooth stopped working they spent time with me to make sure that it worked without charging me more. Love these guys.I would recommend these guys for accessory install and body work.

I went there for a good sounding but affordable stereo and speakers and I couldn't be more impressed. I am a typical kick the tires type of shopper and went to multiple different places and everybody else was just trying to up sale and up sale. I went to Kenny's and told him what I wanted and within 15-20 minutes he gave me a quote. Told him that I needed to get the final OK from the "BOSS LADY" (wife) and that I would let him know after the weekend. After I got my permission slip on Tuesday I dropped my truck off in the morning and his team dropped it off where I live in Bixby. So I give these guys 5 Stars because they are not pushy or not trying to up-sell products onto you. If anything they will do what they can to get you the best deal for what you want. The stereo and speakers have been in my truck for about a month now and sound amazing. Thanks Kenny
