I stopped in at noon while working in Tahlequah on Wednesday. I was greeted with a smile by the cashier who asked if I knew what I wanted. Seeing this daily soup special (Roasted Red Pepper) I ordered it first and then asked about the Hummus Wrap, which sounded great so I got it and an Unsweet tea. She gave me my yea at the counter and I found a seat in the table area. About 8 minutes later, the cashier brought my soup & wrap. The soup was flavorful with chunks of roasted peppers and creamy soup. The Himmus Wrap was a very generous serving of homemade, thick hummus with some salad. Both were very good. The iced tea was brewed fresh and a great deal for only $1! Their receipt printer was broken and I needed the receipt for my expenses, so the cashier went out of her way to get a receipt printed for me from the office. I'll be back!

The service was OK. Everything came out one at a time. The coffee was bitter. Maybe it was the roast I don't know didn't care for it, and I had the pancakes they seemed like they were made out of corn flour, which was weird for me for griddlecakes. And the café is located with limited seating It was OK I don't have a need to go back

Two words... Onion rings! They may be the best I've ever had. The service was great too. I really enjoyed the bison burger. Very moist and flavorful. The NDN tacos my wife and daughter had were amazing, too. About as good an experience you can get at a counter-service type restaurant.

This place is cute and tucked away inside an old fashioned mall. Free wifi, friendly staff, comfy chairs! Food is surprisingly good and fresh. Like that you can browse the art gallery.

This is my favorite spot to go work in town. They have a great buffalo burger and smoothies. Their coffees prioritize local/indigenous cultivation and roasting. For someone studying Cherokee language, it's fun to see the use of it in their decor. The best thing though is their service. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and everyone is in an upbeat mood and cracking jokes. I am always flattered by their excellent and personable service. Big fan of this establishment!

This is probably my first time in a coffee/cafe shop. I'm not a coffee drinker. The workers were great, very helpful and friendly! The menu..friendly priced also. Had my first Latte with a side of FRYBREAD AND HONEY! Sat down and enjoyed the atmosphere. Will definitely do this again! WADO

The service is Always wonderful, and they aren't up in your face like a lot of restaurants around Tahlequah. Their bison burgers are to die for and their local coffee is great.

Dropped by KAWI for a coffee, ordered a latte and seated myself in their lounge. The service was friendly and down-to-earth; the coffee was surprisingly smooth and flavorful; the cafe lounge was comfortable, cool, and quiet. Sharing the space is a Cherokee art gallery, den, and a tiny "spa". I usually stop by Drip to get coffee (a total coffee connoisseur place, and I appreciate the art and skill of a good cup), but even for a city person such as myself, it can be a little stiff and "overdone". KAWI is unpretentious, friendly, quiet. They also serve food - the counter goods (muffin, doritos) were dry and unimaginative, but the menu looks good.
