Juicy Tails - Rogers

Always looking for a good seafood boil but loving into the middle of the country that's not easy. Is it as good as something along the coast? Nope, and it shouldn't be, but is it good for the middle of the country? Yes. We got there before the crowd and was seated immediately. Wait took our drink order and we ordered gator bites for an appetizer. My son and I got the juicy feast boil, oldest son got Gator tacos, and his girlfriend got snow crab boil. My wife got the crab cake poboy. Gator bites were small and mostly batter but the juicy sauce was really good. Poboy was good but the crab cakes were easier to eat outside the bun. she got the fried pickles with it and they were ok. Nothing spectacular but it's also a side so no deal breaker. Wife said she enjoyed them. Snow crab boil was good and we had to teach my son's girlfriend how to eat crab legs. Once she got the hang of it she enjoyed them. The gator tacos were disappointing with being mostly lettuce and very little gator meat. Fries were bland too. The Juicy feast boil we got mild with woo pig sooie seasoning. Wish we would have gone at least medium bc there was no heat at all. Seasoning was decent. The mussels were good, the two types are shrimp were really good and the lobster tail was flavorful but boarder line overcooked. It was a little rubbery. The place was busy but after we got our food we didn't see our waiter until we flagged him down for refills. Overall we were very happy with our middle of the country seafood boil.

If im being honest this is one of my favorite places to eat at here in NWA. The service has been great the times we've gone, sometimes it's a little slower than usual but i don't mind the wait. The food is great, it's been super hard for me to find a seafood place like this here. It is however a little pricy but what seafood boil place isn't? Moved here from HTX and this place is the place to be!

Took my mom out to have some crab legs & oysters (her favorite). The crabs were a bit small in my opinion & definitely overcooked. Had to ask twice to get some butter. Bar drinks are way overpriced and definitely short on the pour. Don't think I'll venture back here.

This was a first time experience for us to seafood boils, so we weren't sure what to expect. It wasn't the most flavorful seasoning, but it wasn't terrible. This was probably a one time experience for us, since we've tasted better seafood boils since this one. The dining area was not huge, but there wasn't a wait. The server was in a hurry and seemed to need help. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience.

We had the gater basket and the Argentina shrimp boil with potatoes, sausage and corn. For 2 of us the cost was under $50, the food was hot and fresh and service was good. We will be back.

First time in Juicy Tails today. Was seated by waitress promptly but then waited 15 minutes for her to take our order. Her 3 inch nails was a big turn off and her door knob personality didn't help much either. This is why I prefer to go to places like Newks or Torchys where don't have to pay for poor service!

I have mixed feelings! The server was very nice. The tea was good. My oysters "raw" were cold and fresh but not shucked properly. The fried basket wasn't good. The grease used to fry the fish was old you could tell and left a terrible aftertaste. I told my server but no offer to no charge. I'll give them a second try but this wasn't exactly a positive experience for $50 dinner.

The food and service was absolutely amazing!! We got the fried alligator and the juicy fest plus. Couldn't of asked for a better dinner. The atmosphere was amazing as well! I will definitely be going back regularly oh and our waitress Erandi was amazing! Haha it was just all amazing!

I love eating here I am 7. I love eating here. My papa brings me. I love crawfish spicy.

This place has the worse manager ever. The seafood boil they tried to serve was old food. The lobster tail upon opening the shell fell out and was the worse mush ever. I still cannot believe she thought we would pay for that. I did not eat the bad food and I was not going to pay for it. The first table we were seated at was filthy underneath and we had to ask to be reseated or for someone to come sweep. After we advised the manager to take the food back, she tried to make us pay and threatened to call the police. This behavior from a restaurant was beyond belief. We encouraged her to call the police. The outcome was in our favor. The witnesses there advised the police we done nothing wrong. The male waiter was nice but we will never go to this place again.
