After a terrible experience at another wig shop, my 81 year old mother and I found ourselves at Judi's looking for her first wig. The person helping us was absolutely fantastic. I think his name was Cameron?? Mom had her ideas of what she thought she'd like but we ended up with one he had her try. It was like wedding dress shopping. You go in with what you think you want then the shop has you try on something totally different and that's the one you fall in love with. She's been wearing it for a month now and she absolutely loves it. We'll be back soon so she can pick out another. Based on this visit, I would recommend Judi's to anyone looking for a wig.

I have never been so upset about a store that is supposed to help people in need about getting a wig due to going through chemo. You and your staff ripped me off, the expensive wig you sold me was the wrong color $500, then your staff sold me a wig that makes my head burn something awful and told me the other wig was the same price as the one I bought, which is a lie! If you knew what the heck you were doing you should have known that when someone is going through chemo it makes their head very sensitive! Also you told me the wig I came home with could be cut by a hair stylist. This was another lie you told me, I went to two different hair stylist they said I can't have it cut due to being a synthetic wig. You were told from the beginning I was on chemo, You need to give me a full refund!

Owner just didn't care it was our first time in and we new nothing about wigs. If I was selling something worth $500 a pop I would definitely give great customer service that just didn't happen.

Customer service was nil....didn't seem to care if she made a sale....whatever I asked she said would be bulky. My hair is thin I wanted some bulk. Another customer wanted to try on a gray wig just to see if her natural color looked good on her. Again she didn't seem to understand, just started talking about length. No much help at all.

Horrible service, value and selection! First of all, if I could give zero stars I definitely would! I tried on a wig that I was unsure about and the sales person told me to try it for a few few days to see how I liked it. That implied I could return it! I paid over $200.00 for that synthetic wig (first time wig purchase) I tried it for one hour and it was too heavy and looked very fake, I tried to return the next day. They said they would exchange for something more expensive, if I paid the difference, but could not return as I had already worn it. I asked them "if they could exchange it, why not just return it?" The manager Angel, told me (quote) "I don't know if you have bed bugs or how clean a person you are?" That is the most unprofessional answer I've ever received from a business in my life and I'm 70 years old! I'm still in shock that a manager would speak to a client in such a tone. Absolutely mortified! So completely unprofessional! I might add, the wigs I tried on are over priced and bulky. Poor management!

Chemo has made it necessary for me to purchase a wig. Gabrielle was very helpful and I ended up with something completely different than what I thought I wanted. The wig was trimmed to my needs, making for a flattering look. In addition, the company is veteran owned and helped with my insurance. I can't imagine shopping anywhere else. They made me feel pretty, very important for chemo patients. Thank you so much.

The salesperson started servicing another customer that walked in while I was in the process of checking out. Even the customer apologized for the situation. The next day, I returned to the store because the synthetic shampoo and conditioner I purchased at the salesperson recommendation for natural hair did not perform well. The shampoo never came to a lather. The salesperson did not stand behind the product. She could not take the product back because she could not resale the item and she did not offer store credit. She gave me a copy of instructions for shampooing and conditioning which are difficult from what is on the bottle. (Instructions were not provided the day of purchase.) I just felt the salesperson to be fast talking and not very caring, just interested in wanting to make a sale. (Sunny was the salesperson.)

Angel was so welcoming and helpful! I have stage 4 cancer and was in the process of losing my hair. I showed her a picture of my long red hair and she found the perfect fit and color that matched it. She explained the whole process of losing my hair and even offered to shave it when I was ready. She also said to come in anytime and she would help me with the wig. Excellent customer service!!!

I purchased my very first wig at Judi's. The sales gal knew that I knew nothing about wigs. She did not measure my head, nor did she sell me a wig that even remotely fit me or try to educate me on any level. It was fine while I was sitting in the chair at the wig shop, but when I wore it to work the first time it kept moving all around because it was so large. She sold me a wig grip to keep it in place, but neglected to tell me about putting the nap in the correct direction so that it would keep the wig from slipping back. I also found out that I paid way too much for the wig, as well. A local competitor told me that her price on the same wig would have been $60 less. I felt pressured to purchase the wig, and I was not even told what brand or style I purchased. I will not ever step foot into this shop again.
