Juanita's Mexican Grill

They were speedy for carry out, the food is hot, and the waitress was friendly! Definitely a good fit for us. We were very happy with the food. They catered to us when we ate there one afternoon. Friendly and worth the prices.

This place won't be bothered with me again. Since we were treated as an inconvenience from the instant we walked in. Food was ok, at best. The basic Mexican menu you expect anywhere.

I walk in the door and the hostess looks right at me and doesn't say anything. I greet her and she looked at me and didn't say a thing. The salsa was bland, the cheese was out of a can. The fajita beef nachos were soggy and unbalanced. I took a bite of the armadillo popper (which are really good) and got a toothpick jammed into the roof of my mouth... What a disappointment. The only reason this place is still open is because there are so few food options in Tecumseh.

This building has been cursed for years. No restaurant has made it long term, but I believe Juanita's might just break the curse. Good food, even greater staff. Juanita's will not disappoint. Make sure you try the white queso. They have really managed to take care of the school kids and have stood behind their punch cards for the kids to get a free meal after so many purchases. Who doesn't want to save some money? Give this restaurant a try if you are in the area.

Decent food. Decent service that could improve. Ambiance could stand a little upgrade. I'm kind of hot and cold on this place simply because it's convenient. If lived on the east side of town I'd probably visit it a lot less because of the option over there.

Great carne asada. Love the staff who are always quick and courteous. In my opinion, it's the best Mexican restaurant in the Shawnee area!

Rude service, overpriced, small portions and poor quality. Four tablespoons of guacamole was a large serving,charged extra for watery refried beans and tasteless rice. Small enchiladas that were made street taco sized tortillas.

Good food with a nice variety of choices. Service was great family owned and worked hard to take of us! We enjoyed the quiet ambiance of the place. Would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Love this place. Food is always hot and served quickly. Staff is friendly and even recognizes their customers. Definitely worth checking out if you like good food and good prices.

Food was just not good. No flavor, salsa was terrible, queso was orange in color it was disgusting
