I usually get my watch batteries replaced at Ewings but wanted to try this place. As soon as my husband and I walked in I stepped in one of their dogs poop.... I dropped off 5 watches for the batteries to be fixed, expecting them to get done by the next day which was Saturday. I called Saturday afternoon and no one had started working on them. I finally got them all back on Thursday after having to call and seeing what was taking so long. They let me know that my watch was missing a screw and we're fixing it. When going to Ewings they replace them that day and it takes about 5 - 10 minutes for each one. I just wish there was more communication and there was no dog poop on the mat...I love dogs but when going inside a business, the first thing I do shouldn't have to be going back outside to try and get that off my shoe....

I had a ring I was looking to sell and have heard of John's upstanding reputation in the Owasso community, so I decided to reach out for an estimate. I was met immediately by a seamless and easy jewelry sale experience. I stopped by the shop, apprehensive because I had my kids in tow, but as soon as we walked in, a Tv show was placed on for them to watch. They had a kid-friendly area complete with toys and complimentary drinks. This local shop has thought of everything for customer comfort. I got to speak with John and he even increased his initial estimate, so I walked away with more than expected which was a delight. The real gem was how kindly we were treated (like one of the family)! Everyone was so genuine. I've worked in the customer service industry for 10+ years, and it is evident John and his family really care about their customers. They took my kids behind the counter, handed them a black light they got to use to illuminate some gems, and even let them pick out 2 gems to keep! It was the highlight of their week! When I mentioned they are homeschooled, John said any time if they ever have any questions about gems/rocks to bring them in! Thank you John and Family, you earned customers for life by us. I would recommend stopping by the store for transparent, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service in all jewelry needs.

I decided to use John E Koller Jewelry Designs because I love the fact that your jewelry stays on site and he doesn't ship it to somebody else for repairs or creation. The store is very beautiful with exquisite pieces and designs and the cutest little doggies who greet you at the door! I had lost the center stone out of my wedding ring and was replacing it with a diamond from a family heirloom ring. I love the design of my original setting but I wanted some modifications to make it a single band instead of a wrap and highlight the diamonds more. I didn't have a picture or anything to show John but went over the details of what I was wanting with him. He seemed to understand and provided me with a very reasonable estimate. It only took 2 weeks for John to complete the redesign of my wedding ring which I feel is very fast turnaround time; even if the anticipation was killing me . I was admittedly nervous when I went to pick up my ring but as soon as I saw it I knew without a doubt I had made the right decision to go to John E Kohler Jewelry Designs! The ring is absolutely perfect, it is everything that I was wanting and turned out even better than I could have imagined. I was charged the exact amount of the estimate and when I ended up needing to go down a size for the ring to fit better they made these changes with no additional charges and had it back to me very quickly. I am extremely satisfied and the quality of work, the knowledge and professionalism of the Jeweler and I already have several additional pieces that I will have him create for me in the near future. Needless to say he has definitely created a customer for life!
