As a family from out of town on a quick vacation, we were craving a great Italian restaurant and definitely got one with this place! The garlic rolls were hot and amazing. The calamari was some of the best I have ever had, nice and thick pieces with great seasoning. We ordered the baked ziti, Italian sampler, and the Italian trio, definitely recommend one if not all three of them. The flavors were amazing! Everything in the menu sounded delicious so it was hard to decided. The staff was amazing, helpful, friendly, and fun. If you are in town, I would definitely recommend stopping here!

well firstly i payed over 6 bucks for a salad that consisted of a small amount of lettuce, one slice of a cucumber, one slice of a very small tomatoe and one black olive...ridiculous rip off. next my so called garlic bread was a baked roll which had no garlic on it and it was rock hard...thirdly, my chicken and spagehetti dish supposed to be alfredo with capers and artichokes was full of liquid, the chicken tasted and looked as though it came from a can as did the mushrooms. absolutely gross food, will never order from them again especailly after receiving sub par food that was expensive to boot. say no to joe's.

So I sat at the "bar" which was not designed for people to actually sit at. There was no bartender, after a fairly long wait the hostess had to come take my order and since I wasn't comfortable I decided to order my food to go. I ordered the pizza and I knew something was going to be off as the pizza felt like it weighed 8 pounds! Worst pizza I ever had in my life! Bad cheese, too little sauce, bad toppings. I will not be going back.

It was easily the worst dining experience I've had in Bentonville, in FIFTEEN years. The only word to describe the food was weird. The service was terrible - no one seemed to speak English. I am as diverse as the next guy, but if you're going to live here and own a business here, it's only fair you learn the language. There were literally employee (family) that would do no more than nod and grunt, and go get someone who spoke English. Give me a break.Expensive. Weird food. Lousy bar and wine selection.An unpleasant dining experience. We will not go back or recommend it.

Another amazing meal here at Joes. Seafood combo, a delicious mixture of huge shrimp, clams, mussels, calamari and crabmeat perfectly cooked and served over pasta. And if that's not enough- we ordered eggplant parmigiana, again- delicious. Can't wait to come back.

Paid and left without eating. Food was not good. Only bathroom was out of soap. Staff didn't seem to be using food safety gloves/hairnets/etc. don't know where any positive reviews would come from but do not recommend.

Great food, nice atmosphere, kind people, Abby, was very helpful, explaining stuff on the menu, she was very kind & personable waiting our table. We will be coming back, especially with the Restaurant now being open, it is very nice inside & the deserts, there is a variety to pick from. We ordered spaghetti w/ meat sauce, it came w/ the choice of soup or salad, I picked the Minestrone soup, it was delicious & they give plenty of bread & thats super tasty to, highly recommended

Food was decent. Service was terrible, the server seemed as though she didn't even know the menu. My girlfriend and I both had to point to the items on the menu we wanted to order because our server just didn't know what we were talking about. The salad that came with my meal didn't arrive until I was already finished with my entree. My girlfriend's margarita arrived at about the same time. Our server didn't come to our table once after taking our order and we had to get someone else attention. This might be just because I have served before, but I feel like it's common knowledge that when a table is not eating and sitting on their phones, that they're ready for the check. Apparently that was not communicated to our server because we sat at our table finished with our meals for about 15 minutes and the server still never came by. I finally got the attention of someone (still not our server) and asked for the check and a Togo box. The lady said "okay can I bring the check as well?" Overall I would not recommend this place. I should have paid more attention to reviews before coming because the good one are definitely outweighed by the bad reviews.
