Thankful for our daughter who gifted us a gift card to try out Jinya! She knows we love food & trying new things and new restaurants!! Wow!!! So much better than my first experience with Ramen. We had the brussel sprouts tempura for our appetizer, delicious! We both had the Tonkotsu spicy ramen which was amazing and we had strawberry mochi ice cream for dessert! I'm delayed in posting my review from February. But we had an absolutely wonderful meal, great service and will be back! It was perfect!

Man - I really wanted to like this place. Very excited to try something new before heading to a movie at Flix. Honest review: the food was super bland. The most delicious taste of ramen is the broth, so without a good broth, the entree was disappointing. We ordered some interesting drinks, but those never arrived before our meal. About 5-10 minutes into eating our bowls, we went ahead and cancelled our drink order. Super nice server (who may have been new) struggled to balance his responsibilities, but that happens. Last, but not least, there were a few sauce options on the table, but it was a little unnerving to know that they stayed there all day with a lid and spoon for everyone to share from. Overall, wouldn't recommend if you enjoy the actual flavors of a ramen bowl. Beautiful interior and atmosphere though!

The inside of this place is gorgeous! I got the watermelon mocktail and this was sooo refreshing. The ramens broth was sooo delicious. Our service was great! Friendly and helpful. The pricing seemed pretty fair.

The vegan ramen at Jinya is second to none. The service is always fast and friendly. This location has easy access parking as well. I don't get to come here often but when I do, it is always worth the trip

Loved this place! I am not a ramen person but my boyfriend is, and he said the ramen is great. Not the best he's ever had, but he would come back and have it again. I got the pork gyoza (not pictured) and the chicken wings. Both were SO good, especially the gyoza! Drinks were also great, and I loved the ambiance of the place. It was designed in a great way to make a relaxing but modern dining experience. We will be returning!

I was waiting for my pup at a vet appointment and went to have some lunch. I walked in here and it was a nice atmosphere and was greeted promptly. I was seated and got a water while waiting for the server. The server was very helpful in suggestions and favorites on the menu. I got the poke bowl and it was so delicious! They also have rotating local beers on tap. The server suggested I try to prairie esses and brought me a small sample. I had already ordered the prairie blueberry boyfriend. Both were very good sours. The server was awesome and I thoroughly enjoyed everything! I will be back!

I cannot say that I was very impressed with my first visit to Jinya. I had high hopes for the Premium Tonkatsu Red. As someone who delights in spicy ramen, I started out at a 4/10. While I can attest that the ramen was a solid spice level, the broth was lacking in flavor. It needed a bit more of a salty profile, which left things feeling rather bland. I did enjoy the noodles and felt that it was a good portion. This visit left a lot to be desired, but I'm unsure if I'll be drawn back for another visit when better ramen is available. That's unfortunate.

My ramen came with broccolini. I literally get this dish every time I come here and never have I had this issue. The first time it came out burnt tasting and so crispy and hard it literally crumbled in my hand. She took it back and asked them to remake it and it was literally the exact same way it came out the first time. I wasn't offered another option to replace the broccolini and neither was my meal price reduced to reflect the absence of it... I've never had a bad experience here but this was enough to me not to come back.. I just felt like their actions were saying oh well you spent your money and we couldn't keep up our end of the bargain but have a great day

This is a ramen chain. The service, dining experience and depth of flavor is not there. Overall this restaurant is average to below average especially given there are much better ramen options in OKC. The food is not terrible it's just not great. The crispy chicken was crispy but dry. The takoyaki didn't have enough octopus. This is more of an egg dish. The crispy rice was more chewy than crispy and very dry. As far as ramen, I had the Tonkotsu Original which was average at best. Hubby had the Tonkotsu Black which had better flavor but still a 3.5. Both of our eggs were overcooked to the point of inedible. The pork was tender. The broth was lacking depth of flavor that you expect from excellent ramen. Both of our noodles were overcooked. My noodles were in a sad congealed ball. The serive was average, certainly not exceptional. The ambiance is modern. I would not eat here again as the food doesn't stand up to my tastebuds.

Very nice staff, I think Benny was our server. He's understands the menu and informed about vegan/vegetarian options. He is very pleasant and eager to please. The ramen quality is excellent and full of flavor. The impossible gyoza is just delicious. This restaurant will stay on my very short go to list.
