I would seriously come here just to eat their rolls! They are that good. I decided to try the 1/2 chicken fried steak which only just barely fit on my plate. I'd be afraid of a whole one! My food was at my table almost before I got done ordering it, and it was very good! The sides were good and the service was fantastic!I had to take my freshly made fried pie to go because I could only eat half of it before I was stuffed! This spot is a definite hidden gem, and a must go spot in OKC.

Always great food at Jimmy's!!! First time in a long time I decided to have the Chicken Fried Steak, mashed potatoes & corn. This was only the 1/2 portion!!! Excellent!!My wife choose the 4 Pc Catfish, baked potato & okra - I could have almost picked that as well!Service was excellent and Cindy was very pleasant!

Though the restaurant was crowded and very busy, I took that as a good sign. Our service was still very prompt and friendly. And the food was great. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for good homestyle food.

They gave us complimentary banana bread, rolls with cinnamon honey butter. We also received complimentary fried pies to take home. Also took home a cinnamon roll that everyone fought over. The service was great. The food was all very good. I recommend the fried potatoes over the hash browns. We will go back again.

Jimmy's has always been one of my go-to places for great food and service at reasonable prices, but they recently got a makeover and WOW! I love what they've done with the place! The outside and inside have been re-done, and the black and white theme is definitely nice. They got new booths, chairs, tables, and flooring as well. Needless to say, the quality of the food has NOT suffered during this transition! I appreciate Jimmy checking in on us every time we come by to make sure our orders are correct... this is definitely a south OKC staple. If you haven't been here yet, check them out!

When we first got there last night the owner was sitting out on the floor having dinner. If the owner will eat there and know what's going on in the kitchen then that says bus loads. Always great food!!!
