Jimmy John's

Let me preface this by saying that I USED TO LOVE ordering unwiches from Jimmy Johns. I have been devoted to their unwich for years, as they USED TO be the only ones that did it write. I can no longer say that about them. To say I am disappointed with Jimmy Johns is an understatement. My coworker and I ordered 2 unwiches on Monday. When the food arrived, the leaf lettuce was limp, wilty and unattractive. The onions and cucumbers were translucent, with no crunch or texture. They appeared to have been previously frozen. In addition, the wrap itself was not easily consumable, as the leaf lettuce only supported one side of the "wrap". We called the store to speak with a manager, Isaac, who reluctantly agreed to give me a credit of $20 for the trouble.Fast forward 2 days to today, when we called in to use the credit on 2 other unwiches. We called the store to place the order. The order came to $24.11 + tip. This means that we had to pay the difference plus a new tip for this delivery, that should never have been necessary. Ok. We did that. When the sandwiches arrived, we were hopeful that the condition would be improved and that we would be able to feel that they had redeemed themselves. Unfortunately, the leaf lettuce was AGAIN limp, wilted, and distasteful. The cucumbers, pickle slices, and onions were limp and translucent. The wrap on the sandwiches was also incomplete, looking more like a weak lettuce taco, than the wrap I am accustomed to from Jimmy Johns. I called back and again, asked for a manager. I spoke with Darius, who agreed that the leaf lettuce may not have been to standard, but claimed that the onions and cucumbers had been sliced by himself today. I really doubt it, based on the observed condition. I told him that the sandwich was unacceptable and that I wouldn't be eating it. I told him that I did not want a credit, as I have no desire to eat a third low-quality sandwich and requested a refund. He told me that a refund cannot be issued, only a store credit. I asked if the credit would cover the delivery costs. He said it would not. I asked for an additional credit to cover it ($5), but he said that he could not do so. In the end, I did accept the credit, but do not have any faith that the third unwich will be any better than the first two. Buyer beware!

Honestly, the sandwiches are solid, but they are so slow. I like to go inside and order, and every single time, they are working on some big online order or something. Over 15 minutes every time.

I go to Jimmy John's all over the country. This is my favorite - by far! Love how they know us when we come in.

The first thing you want to do is download the app. It will give you a free sandwich after your 1st order can't beat a deal like that. I like how I can order my sandwich and just walk in pick it up and carry on with my day. The best sandwiches around in my opinion. The best Italian sub around with mine extra sauce please.

They were not super freaky fast! They had 4 employees working and taking their time. The temperature in the restaurant was 85. They looked at the thermostat and did nothing. Very skimpy on the veggies on the sandwich. Bread was very dry. Not impressed.

Well, no more Jimmy John's for me. I placed an order online at 10am for 10:45 delivery. It's now going on 11:10 and I'm still waiting on my delivery. I called the store and they indicated the driver had a catering order to Sam's Club also due at 10:45. So why not deliver my sandwich first before driving out to Sam's Club? I only get 30 minutes for lunch; I'm tired of spending my work breaks, which are already few and far between, waiting for my lunch to arrive. Especially when I order WELL in advance to make sure it has arrived in time for my break. ETA: Order was finally delivered 30 minutes late. I just took it from the driver through the passenger window of their car bc of needing to get back to work. The driver's car reeked of cigarette smoke. Awesome.

Usually love this jimmy johns but, serving spoiled lettuce is unacceptable. Got an unwich with no onions. Got spoiled lettuce and Half of an onion

Always a go to for a nationwide chain. Same flavor, same taste all the time . Could use a little expansion on the menu.
