HAd an amazing experience. I did not want a car off the lot. I wanted a very specific car with specific color and options. Robert Blocker was the only saleman in 7 dealers I talked to that was willing to take the time to find exactly what I wanted and made sure it was speced out with every option I asked for and none of the ones I was unwilling to pay for. I had to wait 2 months for the car to get shipped over from JApan, but Robert stayed in touch with me weekly to let me know of any progress, And then when it arrived the pretty much gave me the price I was looking for, got me a better financing package than I was able to get myself in 2 months of applying, and matched the cash offer I had from CarMax on my trade in. This is my first car purchase in my 60 years that I walked away feeling good about the transaction. Not a single regret. Thanks for all your help Robert.

I really wish they had a zero star option. I will preface this by saying I have bought 4 new Toyotas in the past and never had something like this happen. Toyota has now lost a customers for life!!! The person showing us SUVs found a Highlander we were interested in. Said he could do a soft pull on my credit to see what they could offer me. I advised what I could put down and could pay monthly. I was surprised when he said they could do a soft pull but agreed and filled out the application. A few minutes went by and I got an alert that a hard pull was done. I was a little confused and annoyed but figured well they have to pull it to get me approved. He came back with a signed offer from the finance manager with what I had asked for down but two hundred over what I wanted to pay monthly. I advised him my husband is a 100% disabled vet and that we didn't pay sales tax or registration fees and asked if we could get the quote reworked to see if we could get the monthly down a little based on the fact that the original quote included taxes and registration. He said he had to add my husband to the application and run his credit. We agreed and my husband filled in his part. My husband has a little better credit than I do so we assumed it would come back better. He walked a way with the application and was gone for a long time. I started getting alerts on my credit report. They then pulled both my and my husband's credit report 5 more times and I got an alert that my credit score went down 6 points. I immediately locked my credit report before they could pull it again. At this point I was highly annoyed and had been there for three hours. He then came back with a new signed offer that required 7000 more down than the original offer. He said this was the best they could do now. I was at a loss so we added my husband with better credit and you pulled our credit 5 more times to give us a worse offer?! I was angry to say the least. Something is not right at this dealership. This is not my first time buying a car.this place is Shady.

The service department is nonexistent. i wasted so much money for nothing to be fixed on my 2022 Camry. Save your money and find anywhere else.

I had a very good experience with them when it comes to changing the batteries for my remotes. I was able to go in-and-out in about 5 minutes. And it's complimentary for being a customer.I've bought my vehicle from them and have been using them for my regular maintenance for 3 years now. It always have been good and professional. Their waiting room is very spacious and have wifi and complimentary snacks while you wait.However, their oil-change service doesn't cover vacuuming like some other competitors.

My husband and I were waiting for our truck, and this gentleman offered us water and a conversation begin. And I must say this was the best time spent waiting. First time I got oil change in 150000 mile car after Jim Norton changed it supposedly it was 1 and 1/2 quarts low. I checked it after one week of new change and no oil missing. Maybe Jim Norton uses oil change stickers to show oil change but really don't do it like everything else. Stickers for oil change are cheap. Kinda like they kept my used car for a week after I bought it for repairs and then gave it to me with a tag a week later that was dated for a week before but I hadn't had the car for one day. Now in 3 weeks tag is due and I just got the car that was held for a week for repair but the repairs weren't done. Next oil change will see how low oil goes to see if Jim Norton actually changed it. Won't think of buying there again.
