We searched online for used trucks for my dad (birthday gift) and narrowed it down to two. Nelson's didn't have the truck advertised for another week but they had a similar one. Jackson was our sales rep and easy to work with. It took us a long time to get through the process of buying for cash but this is normal. They took it back to detail it and my mother went home. When I got it to drive to my dad, it was dull and white inside. They had a bad mix with in chemicals. It was terrible and looked destroyed. After another hour of waiting they got it back but still did not look as good. Jackson said the restoration guy would be in the next day and we will have the first appointment if I want to bring it back. Not happy but they put it in writing so I agreedMy dad was in tears when we gave it to him. His current truck was about to die and he needed a new one. We took it back the next day, went to lunch and when done the truck was ready. They did a great job restoring it. My dad loves his truck and Jackson did a good job of making us happy.

Parts department repeatedly gave the wrong battery part numbers. I had to leave, go home, and research the Toyota part numbers myself, and inform Jeff the very nice service tech so he could relay the correct information to the parts department. He emailed back and said I was correct and that they had it in stock. I went online and purchased said battery from Norton. A few hours later I came in to pick it up and was told I could not have it. Stated I am having surgery next day and needed it to get to the hospital. All they said was rules and stared at me. The day after my surgery while still in pain came back in to the parts department Saturday the 23rd. One guy asked how I was since I obviously looked terrible, told him just had surgery and had to come back in because they wouldn't give me the part Thursday. The parts lady Mandy who must have thought my pain and situation hilarious, laughed and said I bet you won't make that mistake again. You have to wait until WE are ready, not just because we have it ready. I said well that should be changed, she again laughed and said good luck with that. Tired of the abuse I informed her that I go to church with Jim Norton and see what I could do. She again laughing at me said you go do that and put me on ignore talking to another employee like I wasn't even there.I reported this incident directly to Toyota with a copy to Norton. Norton had no reply after weeks.

Such an amazing experience! Bought the grey Camry in September 2023, got in a wreck in December 2023, and it was totaled. I was so stressed about what to do, but I went back where I bought it, and picked out another I liked! They went well below MSRP, transferred all my warranties, and had all my paperwork ready to sign for me! I was only there a couple hours! I worked with Cody Eby and Jackie in finance! The whole deal was stress free, and I was able to get back into the car I loved! I even got a bigger engine and more bells and whistles! I will always buy my cars from this dealership! Most honest people in the business, and that's hard to find!

I really wish they had a zero star option. I will preface this by saying I have bought 4 new Toyotas in the past and never had something like this happen. Toyota has now lost a customers for life!!! The person showing us SUVs found a Highlander we were interested in. Said he could do a soft pull on my credit to see what they could offer me. I advised what I could put down and could pay monthly. I was surprised when he said they could do a soft pull but agreed and filled out the application. A few minutes went by and I got an alert that a hard pull was done. I was a little confused and annoyed but figured well they have to pull it to get me approved. He came back with a signed offer from the finance manager with what I had asked for down but two hundred over what I wanted to pay monthly. I advised him my husband is a 100% disabled vet and that we didn't pay sales tax or registration fees and asked if we could get the quote reworked to see if we could get the monthly down a little based on the fact that the original quote included taxes and registration. He said he had to add my husband to the application and run his credit. We agreed and my husband filled in his part. My husband has a little better credit than I do so we assumed it would come back better. He walked a way with the application and was gone for a long time. I started getting alerts on my credit report. They then pulled both my and my husband's credit report 5 more times and I got an alert that my credit score went down 6 points. I immediately locked my credit report before they could pull it again. At this point I was highly annoyed and had been there for three hours. He then came back with a new signed offer that required 7000 more down than the original offer. He said this was the best they could do now. I was at a loss so we added my husband with better credit and you pulled our credit 5 more times to give us a worse offer?! I was angry to say the least. Something is not right at this dealership. This is not my first time buying a car.this place is Shady.

Wish I could give a negative star review. This is the worst dealership in Oklahoma. I bought a new car in November and got cheated out of my promised trade amount. Then they have tried to convince me that I signed a form agreeing to the reduced amount. I have proof that they falsified that document. Even tried to cheat me out of my down payment amount until I had to prove that I paid it! The salesman, Don Ward, then tells me that my trade had to be reduced because they had discounted the price of the new car which was already priced over market value! Also told me that if "I like my car, to just drop it and forget it, don't sweat the small stuff." Says that is what he tells all his customers and he knows what he is talking about because he has sold cars for 20 years. Two days later they put my trade on the market for $7950 when they only allowed me $1000! On top of that, they falsified Car Fax reports. The reports says they did a predelivery check on my vehicle a day after I drove it off the lot! Also, they logged service on my vehicle 10 days after that when I was not even in the area. This is fraudulent and now they are refusing to respond to me after I have contacted them several times.This is a shady dealership and customers need to be aware and do not do business with them. And do not trust the salesman, Don Ward. He is very shady and not trustworthy.

I also wish there was a 0 star review. We traveled from a military base to find what appeared to be the perfect car. Not only did it break down on our five hour drive back home in the middle of the night but when we called them and said are you guys going to fix this what is the problem? They said "it's fine keep driving it and you will see" A short time later the car started having even more issues and we had basically drained all of our savings money on trying to fix the issue. Jim Norton said they were thorough with the inspection when they got the vehicle. No one helped us figure out the problem no one took accountability on the poor car they sold us. Honestly they need to be shut down and sued. When we tried to contact them they blocked one of our numbers and no one would answer us. They fucked up our paperwork multiple times, we are still fighting them currently for answers, a solution, and for the correct paper work. STAY AWAY. youd have better luck on facebook marketplace for a good car.

Called Thursday to order a part for my broken down car, they're the only ones that carry the part. Was told it would be in Friday. Called Friday, was told to call back later. Called back later and was told the part would be in Saturday. Called Saturday morning, the part isn't in, call back later. Do not come to this place if you need a crucial part for your car, they have no clue what they're doing.
