T-Town made it right. I ordered tire replacement service online. Showed up to my scheduled appointment and the tires were not on-site. I cancelled the tire replacement and completed the oil change. Frustrated that the software didn't notify the dealership of my order. Within 48 hours customer service reached out. The team at the dealership went above and beyond to make the situation right. Thank you Angie for keeping your word! Picked up my vehicle from my home at the promised time and returned back with my new tires. I am very pleased with the services provided and will return in the future.

I cannot say enough great things about T Town Chevrolet!! My 2004 H2 Hummer just stopped running on a trip from Washington state to home in Brownsville Tennessee. With 224,000 miles on it I was expecting to hear I need a new motor. Instead, it was the AC unit had ceased up and there was an oil leak. I had been told months prior I needed a new motor at my hometown Chevrolet dealer...which I refused their 8000.00 estimate. I had just went in for an oil change. T TOWN Gave me a loaner vehicle and had me back on the road in 24 hours! I also received 15% off for my husband and I's Air Force and Law Enforcement background. We are 600 miles from Tulsa...but we will make the drive for a big repair or a new vehicle! Honest and professional...a friendship made for life!

If I could give these snakes zero stars I would. DO NOT purchase a car from this company unless you want to be condescendingly spoken to and treated like total trash. Not to mention the extreme sexism I experienced while trying to purchase my car, and what I dealt with afterwards when i was unhappy with the "repairs" if we can even call them that. The level of blatant sexism and mansplaining I had to endure was sickening. Yes, I am a woman, so automatically I was treated as if I knew nothing and tried to be taken advantage of because I was there alone. I am VERY capable of purchasing a vehicle on my own, but they were insistent I needed help to "understand everything".The salesmen are quite literally living up to their reputation and stereotype. Snakes and the scum of human civilization.I ended up buying the car, not brand new but they're charging top dollar like it was in immaculate condition. That wasn't the case. I found several of the same vehicles of the same year/make/model in *mint condition* and they were barely asking what this dealership was(unfortunately those were out of town and this was the exact car I was looking for, so I dealt with the condescending tones and constant mansplaining). My car, before purchase had some significant damage, tons of scratches, slight hail damage, a massive chip in the windshield that was spreading and the rims looked like a child had been driving it, it's a 2021.. I was made to "understand" it had only one owner and "was taken great care of".Two weeks after I bought the car, they still hadn't called to schedule the repairs and from what I can tell, they weren't planning on it. I had to call them, they apologized and said that should have never happened and that someone should have contacted me. After a few back and forths we got it scheduled. They were able to fix the rims and replace my windshield. But that only happened after I showed my "we owe" document (what they give you to state what they "promise to fix upon signing"). THEY "LOST" MINE, and then took it upon themselves to make a new "we owe", conveniently leaving off the heavily damaged rims and changed the full windshield replacement to just a "repair" and then to fix all scratches on the car(there were a LOT). Enough to back out. So I "worked a deal" because they "were already losing money on the car" which is total lies. They told me they got it from an auto auction, and anyone who knows anything about that would know you get amazing deals on cars that way. I was LIED TO BY THE SALESMAN & promised every single scratch & scrape on the car would be fixed back to original condition, in order to still pay the ticket price. I was only asking for $800-$1000 be taken of the sticker price in order to take care of all of this on my own, besides the mandatory windshield replacement (which apparently was "impossible" according to the short, bald salesman) That was a lie. The "buffing and scratch repair" looked like it hadn't even been done. With new spots of "touch up paint" in places it shouldn't have been and where there wasn't actually damage. Making my car look worse than it did when I brought it in. They had my car about 2 full days and said he spent "over an hour" trying to fix ONE spot on the back, that clearly hadn't even been touched. Then they "couldn't find my title" after I had been contacted by the title lady saying it was at the reception desk waiting for me just 2 hours prior to all of this. Refused to give me the title and said he would mail it to me. I said I'm right here, so is the title, I'm not leaving without it because honestly I don't want to ever step foot in here again. He(Farooq, the MANAGER) told me if I wanted to be loud(Of course being an assertive woman is always looked at as being hostile/loud) he could be louder and meaner and he got his phone out and basically started calling the police on me. I will copy and paste and repost this anywhere and everywhere I can, to keep even ONE person from being taken advantage of by these snakes. I will post this as many times as I have to because we all know they delete "bad reviews" Farooq(sp?) Was the most condescending, rude "manager" I've ever encountered. He has ZERO place working with the public or women in general. DO NOT GIVE THESE SORRY EXCUSES FOR HUMANS YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

Oh wow. And I thought they were really going to sell me a new Malibu. I'm so stupid! In good faith I made an offer. Went on Air B and B to set up somewhere to stay overnight to complete the deal. Received an email asking when we can complete this deal. I said we would be there Wednesday at 11:00. Thought we were set. They even called. All set. Then when I kept emailing to make sure things were set, was told abruptly the car I wasinterested in sold. Well, of course it did. But of course they had another one I might be interested in. It was nowhere near what I was looking for. Red instead of black, etc. No idea why they would treat someone like this. Have never had this much trouble trying to contact a dealer, pay cash, and pick up my car. Our last 4 vehicles were a piece of cake. Have no idea what on earth has happened with car dealers. Would like to trust them and believe they do not lie. The only car dealer who has been helpful and truly searching for a car we can drive off with is in Colorado. Will absolutely drive that far to pick it up Honesty - the best policy. Sad.

If I could give a zero I would. Their finance team including the manager do not do their job right. Not only are you tossed around against salesman during the sell, they send you with the vehicle and do nothing with the paperwork they are supposed to. Been three weeks now and nothing and they ALSO sent the wrong credit union my smart pay information. These people are a joke. Jim Norton needs to make stuff right. This place SUCKS!

Took months to get my title. Then when looking at the numbers, I paid more than what we had agreed on (my fault for not double checking). I've never had a car buying process take so long either. Finance guy was the only highlight. Everyone else was garbage.

We made an offer on a vehicle and the sales rep Dan and the lending people just jacked us around for over 20-25 minutes. We told them "either you can or you can't." They kept us waiting too long so we walked. Then they called us the next day and said they made it work with the deal we offered. Most important thing they can do is to train the sales staff not to bait a customer down to the lot by telling them the deal you were trying to make was "good to go". Only to tell them when they arrive that the deal went up by over $100 a month... That is not our deal. Dan wasted our time. Then, after we walked on the deal Solomon reached out to us the following day and said he wanted to "make it right" When I attempted to contact him he was not in and never responded to the message I left at the reception desk. All bad, I regret everything. Except buying a new truck somewhere else.

I was contacted by the dealership to rectify the bad experience I had encountered. I returned and purchased from this dealership as they had the best price and overall experience was much improved.
