My husband and I have dealt with this location for 10+ years, bringing multiple vehicles to them in that time. In fact, I have always been insistent on taking our vehicles to them, as I trusted their work and while not overly friendly, they got the job done and we always left there feeling confident in their work and pricing. That stopped as of today! Last Thursday (April 13, 2023), we took my dodge intrepid to them because my a/c was blowing warm air and the front passenger window was off track and we wanted an estimate to fix those things. We knew because it was late in the day that they would most likely not get to it until Friday, and we had no problem with that. Friday afternoon we spoke with one of their mechanics named Phil, who told us the a/c was working fine and there was no charge as of right now. He would get onto the window Saturday. I called Monday (Phil had already told me while he would be in the shop Saturday, he wouldn't be making calls), and he asked me to call him in 20 minutes. An hour later I called back per his request and he was yelling at me, "I CAN'T keep stopping!" to which I replied, "Sir, you asked me to call you back and as a courtesy, because I know you have other things going on, I waited an hour". WE were then informed that the charge as of now was $266.96. We were both like, "Wait a minute. What? We wanted an estimate". From one day to the next, the a/c was working, no problems, to the next business day, they replied saying they'd hooked up gauges, extracted the refrigerant in it, and replaced it, and the part in the window would be glued and ready today (Tuesday, April 18, 2023). We get there to pay and pick up the car and was told "no charge". I was worried...and sure enough, when I got in the car, none of the windows are going down, the a/c is blowing warm air. But in addition, the passenger door panel is busted all to heck and there's a piece on the driver's side front panel that is dangling, and my daughter could not get out of the passenger side door. She was able to open it, no problem but once she was in, it wouldn't open. I told my husband and he went to get someone while I stayed in the car. Phil comes out and approaches me, asking, "What's wrong with it" and as soon as I start to tell him, he starts yelling at me again, his entire facial expression changing. We have an exchange of words...he denies "Ever touching anything inside the car", and I said "of course you did. Hoe else did you work it?" and he starts yelling at me again. That's when I get heated and call him a lying s.o.b. He storms off, my husband comes back with Bruce, identified as a boss, to look at the passenger door. He has Phil with him, who can't figure it out. A young man in blue shirt (sorry I didn't get his name) came out and worked for a solid 10-15 minutes and got the front passenger door to open/close. In summation, I will say that I recognize we didn't pay any $ but they didn't fix the problems we brought it to them for in the four full days they had it. What were they going to charge us the $266.96 for, only to change their mind 24 hours later? Sketchy. Lastly, Phil is a liability to your company. No one should be allowed to talk to a customer the way he did on 2 separate occasions. He's a hot head and he's going to cost you. In fact, he already has. I will not return to Jim Grizzle, nor will I recommend anyone else take their vehicles there.

Recently had to replace the tires on my Chevrolet 3500HD - I went to Jim Grizzle at the recommendation of a friend and was very happy with the service. The tires were installed quickly and filled with nitrogen at my request. They even went above and beyond and cleaned my truck's wheels making them look fantastic. Thanks for the great service and support.

While I was out of state my elderly mother had a tire issue. Jason @ the Jim Grizzle Towson shop (I called the wrong shop) and the Van Buren shop were willing to let me pay over the phone with some verification which I am very grateful for. Thank you Jason and the Van Buren shop!

These people are true crooks. Said my wife who knows nothing about vehicles told them to put in sw30 oil when on the vehicles oil cap it says to put 20. Around the time of her regular oil change her engine starts knocking. Hmmm. Now there going to charge us 2000+$ to fix it. Sounds like you broke it to begin with. As I stated before, they are crooks. The lot of them.

To be fair I didn't get any work done here, but the Rogers location told me that the problem lied within my transmission and not my wheel bearings however 2 hours and some odd opinions later, the problem was actually with what I said it was the first time. So no they did not do a bad job per say, but lost my business because of their diagnosis
