Jewels by Simpson

Love Travis and his family. He is our go to jeweler when I need or want something special for my wife. Beautiful wedding ring and bands, beautiful earrings and watch repair for a family heirloom. He always lets us know what he can and can't do.

This is my first time visiting jewels by Simpson. I find the owner very kind and knowledgeable. The location is in a nice shopping area that's easy to get to with plenty of parking. The inside the shop is laid out well and looks beautiful. They have a small children's area to keep little ones occupied. The owner was very helpful to me in separating my ring/guard that someone else welded together for me. It took him some time to accomplish the task and I was appreciative that he took it on because it was done in such a way that it required more effort. He is currently sizing some other rings for me. I also find his prices very reasonable. So far I'm very pleased.

We were lied to multiple times by the owner and his wife! Lied to my wife about her ring. Owner said he had jeweler "on sight" , as we stated we DID NOT want our expensive ring sent anywhere.. Owner sent our ring to Texas!!! No calls to "ask or inform" us about sending ring out....Lied again when we returned a week later to pick up ring, about FedEx....Our ring did turn out beautifully, but with all the LIES,,I WOULD LOOK ELSEWHERE for a jeweler.

We went to Jewels by Simpson to order a men's wedding band that we saw online. When the ring came, the color contrast was nowhere near as pictured. We thought about keeping it anyway (confrontation is so uncomfortable!), but decided to bring it up to Travis, the store owner. I wasn't sure how he would react, but he actually agreed with us, and proceeded to call the manufacturer about the issue. Long story short, the manufacturer said they couldn't increase the contrast and we were able to exchange for a different ring, except this time, we based our decision on the live samples available in-store so that there would be no question as to what it'd look like. We really appreciate that Travis was willing to work with us. He is honest, knowledgeable, and personable, and it made for a very satisfying shopping experience!
