Jeff Long's Children And Family Eye Care

They use to be so much better, in customer service and also the glasses selection. Just upsetting to see the help and quality get worse.

I have been purchasing my son's glasses here for several years now. The kids' selection has everything we would ever want; transitionals, flexible ones, sport, trendy. The staff is awesome and takes individual time with us even when we just pop in.This last time I decided to get his eyes checked here instead of our regular optometrist. I guess I always went to a place closer to home for his checkups and just thought of Jeff Longs' as a place to buy cool glasses, I was wrong. They did a great exam and found out that his prescription was off. My last optometrist just generalized the scrip for both of his eyes. Jeff Long correct it and fine tuned the prescription for each eye accurately. I am so glad for this gem of a shop. We ALL go here now. My husband loves the great deals that he gets on contacts!

I have had a great experience so far in my years seeing Dr. Jeff Long. It is always easy to schedule appointments. When I wore contacts, I always got enough samples to help me wait for shipping. They can ship them to the store, so I know they will make it safe and sound. Since I got LASIK, I have been doing follow ups with Dr. Long and his partner. My only complaint is that they moved there office out of Tulsa Hills down the street without informing me. I was rather confused when I showed up to my appointment, and I was thankful that I could look up the address on my phone.

We had a great experience yesterday. We were there for our child. Everyone was friendly. The typical wait time is 15 or 30 minutes. Don't let other people derail you because they are impatient.

Do not sxhedule an appointment here unless you pack a lunch and plan to be there all day. I had an 11:00 appointment and still had not been seen at 11:30 when I left. a gentleman who has been there for a 10:30 appointment and arrived at 10:20 was still waiting in the lobby when I left. He had been waiting over an hour at this point. Another very poor experience with this business. I will be looking for another Dr.

They are great! Great atmosphere and personal. My lenses had a problem and were out of warranty by about 6 weeks. (2 year warranty) I asked how much just for lenses compared to getting a new set etc... and Carrie got me some information but told me to give her a little while to make a call and see if she could get the company they work with to do them a solid! Well, they did them a solid and Dr. Jeff Long's did me a solid! Thanks Carrie! You're awesome! Won't be shopping anywhere else. Also the quality you get is top notch! I know because I've bought glasses from many different places and some of them I will never step foot in again. This place rocks! Definitely won't rip you off and wants to make sure you are happy with your glasses.

Everyone is so accommodating, pleasant, knowledgeable and caring about their patients. They have an amazing collection of frames to choose from, even for little ones. They offer great assistance, taking the time to explain the best fit for you, and all the different features you could get for your glasses, but they are never pushy about getting "more", only what you really need and are interested in. If you want the time to just look around, they give you the space you need. When I go there, it feels like family, not to mention how great they are with kids!!!! Friendly, helpful, (love the candle scent), a very nice place to get your next glasses, even sunglasses, with our without a prescription, at an affordable price!

Not recommend. Was told they would not give a contact prescription unless we purchased contacts from them even though we paid for an eye exam. Rip off!!

This office is super accommodating. The doc is great. The staff is nice, helpful and efficient.
