Absolutley love the staff! Thy are all so friendly and helpful. They have great hours helpful to those of us in the medical field working 10 hour shifts. Just wish it was a drive thru, once im off work i dont want to get out of my car agian. haha!

Outstanding service! Three pharmacists on the staff. I walk in the door and one of the staff members (techs, cashiers, or a pharmacist) stops what they are doing and retrieves our prescriptions. I am not asked my name as everyone knows my face and name. The emphasis is on EVERYONE. The longest wait time has been maybe 2 minutes! Extremely impressive. The only downside is they cannot provide my Medicare Part B prescription supplies of test strips for diabetes. I have to go to a pharmacy approved for that. I use CVS where I also visit each month to pay our Medicare Part D premiums. Despite going to CVS 24+ times over 2 years to pay our monthly Part D premiums plus visiting 12 + more times to get my test strips, the staff at CVS does not know me from the man on the moon.Back to Jane Phillips Medcare, the pharmacy is in the lobby of Jane Phillips Medical Center. There are reserved parking spots for customers immediately in front of main entrance of hospital. Twenty steps to the pharmacy. However, we park in the Hospital Parking Garage which is free. The entire walk from garage to Pharmacy is enclosed indoors with heat or AC and automatic doors. WOW!!!
