The person who helped us is named Louis, he was fantastic! Communicated very clearly and made my fiancés (and passively mine as well 'I wasn't the one buying the car') experience very enjoyable. Process itself was a bit slow because there were printer issues but we went in already pre approved and with a bank draft ready to go. It was more our inexperience of certain things that also held us up a bit. The vehicle we bought is pre owned but it was a great price for the mileage, make, model, and year. We live in Tulsa but we will definitely be coming back to buy my car next, even found one on the lot that I loved (but we can't drive 3 cars). He offered us water, coffee, or sodas frequently and checked in on us during semi long wait periods. Complimentarily filled the tank to full and had the vehicle serviced and cleaned before handing the keys over to us. Walked out paying the exact price of the vehicle ($18,000) + the dock/processing fee ($599) totaling $18,599 altogether and was all processed under our loan so we didn't even to put anything down.Very pleased, it was a pleasant experience for both of us!

Bought my wife a car prior to moving to Oklahoma and Muskogee is the closest dealership so she took the car there for service agreement that I bought when we bought the car and it's good for any dealership and this is the only dealership that let her know they lose money doing the service since we paid for it elsewhere and even gave a nasty look so now no longer feel comfortable letting her go there for her service so won't go there when I buy her another car either

Nice people. Helpful snd friendly. Usually quick oil changes unless it's just a very busy time.
