Jack's Fort Smith Skateland

What a fun way to spend some family time! Our family enjoyed stepping back in time to the good ole days right here and now! This place is alive and well and offers a great activity in such a way for any age group to really enjoy skating in a fun, safe environment. They offer special skating sessions for various age groups, etc that make it easy to n the sweet spot for you and your family! They have a snack stand with good options at reasonable prices and the folks that run the place keep it clean and comfortable - and SAFE for all ages! We recommend it!

My son loves coming here to skate so he obviously wanted to have his birthday party here with his friends. I didn't mind paying the price the asked ( $100for up to 8 kids). The blonde lady in the front is always nice. She told me which table was ours. The table was set up nicely. No one came to ask about our drink or if we wanted pizza so I walked up to the concession stand. The girl that was working behind the counter was a new girl that looked young and had the personality of a rock. Anytime I had a questions about drinks or food she seemed annoyed. I asked for the drinks for my kids bc they where very thirsty from skating it took them 10-15 min. to get my drinks out there. I walked up there 2 times thinking they had forgotten about us. The pizza that was brought to us still had the price tag that was bought either at sams or Walmart of $6.98 . We bought it for $13. Wow! This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had ! If you are thinking about throwing your child a birthday party DO NOT go here you will regret it like I did!
