Our sunroof got stuck open/up while we were on vacation. We called to see if there was a tech who could take a quick look and see if it was a minor repair. We were told they didn't have anything but could probably take a look at it in a couple of days!! Certainly would not purchase a car from there. A good service department sells cars....

Melanie is the worst. After trying not to honor their policy of doing at home test drive, she finally committed to an appointment today at 10am. Before the appointment she tried to strong arm me into filling out a financing application. When I declined she asked me to send a photo of my license, which I did. Three minutes before the appointment (she texted she was on her way) she tells me the car wasn't ready. Just plain poor professionalism.

There are way better car dealerships out there in Tulsa who treat customers well. Jackie Cooper has an arrogant and greedy attitude toward customers even when they are wrong and screw up someone's documentation paperwork. Lame excuses don't work especially in this day and age. What a joke. Did a online kbb offer and they msg me to buy my car gave me a good offer when I went there they test drove it. they put my car in manual and put it in 3rd gear and drove slow so the rpm would be 5k then recorded it and came back and tried to tell me my transmission was messed up. Um ya I've worked on cars my whole life I would know if my car was shifting at 5k. I won't do business with them again.

Purchasing a car was easy considering my friend worked here at the time as a salesman. I would never come here on my own to buy a car without knowing someone. They are extremely pushy and horrible with communication. You can try to get ahold of the finance department 7 days out of the week and no one will answer or return your calls. I will never be returning to Jackie Cooper Nissan. Every time I call they are extremely nice, I give them that. With all things considered, I will never return to Jackie Cooper Nissan to purchase a vehicle. I hope their more luxury dealerships are better about this.

Took my daughter's car in for service to update for a recall notice. Had the pleasure to meet/work with Erik who was very attentive with the recall service and a "SD" card that was needed. He was so nice I asked Erik to add an oil change while I was there. There was no hard sell on additives to the oil change and I welcomed his suggestions for services. Later met Nick, his Mgr, at checkout where both engaged in friendly banter to this out-of-towner as we settled up the final invoice which was VERY reasonable. All told I will always have my daughter service her vehicle at Jackie Cooper Nissan as I know she will be well taken care of.
