My daughter took my 250GLB to have the battery charged and they denied service because the car was bought in Texas. Regardless is a Mercedes with Waranty and should be honor . I have a Toyota also and when I take my car to them they throw the red carpet and very courteous. I will consider buying and Bragg to everyone what a Awesome service Fowler Toyota provides better than Jackie Cooper.

Just bought a "36,000-mile" Jaguar XJ Portfolio from Jackie Cooper Imports, paid a premium price, went to get an oil change at my Jaguar dealer, and got a report https://c.xtime.com/gRq3ScXobgAA2BvgXX for $4000.00 of rotten parts on this car with immediate attention in red. Caveat Emptor! The CarFax says Jackie Cooper did an inspection and an alignment before they offered it for sale. No such thing was ever done.

Watch out! Never Trust Smiling Snakes! It's funny how:While you're in the process of buying a vehicle, everyone is your best friend. Managers come by and want to shake your hand and speak great things about this dealership and their people. When you have issues and problems, no one is available to help or care about the customer. We bought a new $100k AMG vehicle late June 2024 that had issues with the A/C hose not connected, a major hole in the windshield wiper motor and a bubble on the rear window. Three weeks later, had to drive from OKC (1 1/2 hrs) back to Tulsa just to leave in a CLA 250. Our vehicle was there for one week as the fix the issues that should have been fixed or discovered doing delivery inspection. In mid Aug 2024 (54 days), our vehicle was totaled in a non fault accident. Since we trusted their word on making things better on our next experience, I contacted them about getting a new vehicle from Jackie Cooper Imports. Started working with our salesman about finding the same vehicle.During this time, I asked about a refund of the prepaid maintenance and wheel and tire packets we paid in cash for our totaled vehicle. Since the accident was under the 60 days of the purchase, we could have received 100% of wheel and tire packet ($3,695.00) back. Finance office took a week to email paperwork (they could have processed for us). That delay cause us to lose our 100% refund and now we have to fight to get a prorated return. The prepaid maintenance packet ($4,295.00) they said is non refundable. Even though we did not use it, can't ever use it or the accident was someone else fault. They claim they can't refund it back or transfer it to the new Mercedes we are planning to purchase. If this was like $100, yeah I could understand. This is grands that you want customers to say "ok" and to move on. I'm sure if they made their employees work two weeks for no pay they wouldn't be happy about coming back to work.Had our vehicle for 54 days minus the 7 days being repaired at Jackie Cooper. 47 days is costing us over $4,295 plus some!I hope someone see this post and change their mind about dealing with this business.I'll keep updating this post as I get on more social media platforms and news channels to blast this company on customer service and treatment.

One of my tire pressure sensors stopped working. I called Jackie Cooper's service department, and the woman who answered said that they started with a $275 diagnostics.I said..."What is there to diagnose? It needs a new tire pressure sensor and programming."Her response..."We start with a diagnostics and it's $275. Then whatever the repair is, we add to that."Sorry...but I refuse to be taken advantage of.I got a genuine Mercedes part online for $50, and my tire guy install it, and Christian Brothers reprogrammed it for $100.

Horrible Sales Team. I called this place to get a price on a new SUV, on 2/22/24 spoke to a sales person last week he stated he would call me back and never did. Yesterday 2/27/24 at 4:30 PM from Brayden Hinesley I am assuming looking for sales and asked if I purchased a car told him no the salesperson never called back. Brayden said he would handle it and call me back in 15 minutes after I gave him all my information. Never heard back at 6:00 PM I called and his cell phone would be sent straight to voice mail. I called and texted again at 7:50 pm no response, left message.Today I called again for Brayden, again I was ignored. At this point I figured this is the way this dealership does business so I called and left a message with a sales Manager and a Finance Manager after the sales manager didn't call me back and again NO CALL BACK. at 7:01 PM I get a text with a ridiculous price on an electric vehicle no one wants and again no courtesy call.People if this is the way this dealership treats customers when they are trying to buy a new $100K vehicle, can you imagine the treatment you will get after you buy it. AVOID IT AT ALL COST. I called the dealership in Oklahoma City and WHAT A DIFFERENCE great service, great prices and what a concept they call back exactly when they say they will call. It's worth the drive and trust me you will save money. I can see how the Management team trains these sales people and what example they set, the bar by management is set very low. It's obvious they need sales when Brayden was cold calling trying to gain some sales from the calls. Yet Managers don't return calls or care what there sales people do otherwise I would of received a call from one of them.

PLEASE READ BEFORE DOING BUSINESS AT THIS DEALERSHIP.Timeline of my experience started about a year and a half ago. Turbo went out on my 2020 sprinter van. Jackie Cooper replaced turbo at a cost of about $7000. Everything was good until January of 2023, 7 months ago, when my turbo went out again on the mountains of Arizona, strained for hours. Roadside assistance went ahead and transported my sprinter to Mercedes of Tucson service department. After Mercedes of Tucson diagnosed my vehicle they came to the conclusion that what caused the turbo to pretty much explode and caused thousands of dollars worth of damages was the fact that Mercedes of Tulsa use longer bolts to seal turbo. I spoke with Jackie cooper about the situation and after going back a, forth for weeks came to the agreement of taking responsibility and repair vehicle, but I had to get it transported to their dealership, which I did with a cost of almost $3000, 1000 miles. Once the vehicle got to them, they first acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and that they never agreed on doing anything for me. Once again going back and forth a few days, they agreed on covering the cost of new turbo using the correct bolts this time, but I was to be responsible for a bill of $5000. At this point been frustrated about the situation and really wanting to move forward, I agreed on paying the $5000. 2-3 days after they finished performing the $5000 worth of work, I get a call stating that I was to be responsible for another $10,000 worth of work. So now, after being pushed, speaking with multiple people from the dealership to Mercedes corporate I'm left with 2 options.Option #1: pay us $5000 and tow your sprinter out of the dealership.Option #2: pay us $15000+"$3000 of transport fees, to be able to drive it out of the dealership. And that's hoping there's no more calls with additional fees. This is the type of service to be expected from this dealership!!!!

No Stars '.........' two thumbs down Buyers Be Aware'' Don't do business with this dealership...... they are crooks, liars and they don't disclose anything. If something goes wrong, they will never call you back and they are too busy taking advantage, of people. They do dirty deals and like taking a vantage of women, especially. They buy their used cars and trucks at auction that have problems. After things start happening you try to reach upper management and they avoid your calls ....Once you finally get somebody to call you back this is their response after I tell them the engine blew after owning it for one week and the story gets better ........the towing company said what's up with your truck Underneath? I said what ??? he said the whole underneath of the truck is rusted out........this truck is only 2 years old. ???? when I called them after numerous phone calls the manager said. ....I quote 'for you to go sell it and go buy something else once it's fixed. ... that's their level of customer service from Jackie Coopers upper management .......Save yourself a lot of disappointment .....don't buy from these crooks they will take advantage of you!!!....women, especially. Keep on going to the next dealership because you don't wanna do business with them. You will regret it!!!!!!!
