Had our truck worked on here. They did a good job. However, as I drove it off the lot, I noticed the low tire light on. I pulled back around to ask for air. The reaction I got from those in the service bays was beyond rude. I was pretty much accused of not having just had service. To be fair, they only saw my husband pay. But, air? They acted like I asked for a free oil change! Finally, some young man came out, put 2 squirts of air in, gave me a side eye and walked away. That didn't do a thing. I'm a Senior woman, driving a Ford. Even if I hadn't just dropped almost $800.00 there, they could have been polite and filled my tire. We won't be going back there ever again. We'll go where our business is appreciated.Edit:Kissee Ford reached out to me and apologized. Morgan was very sincere, I felt. There was still a small issue that hadn't been fixed completely. He sent someone to my house, picked up my truck, had it fixed 100% and returned it back to me the same day. Now THAT'S great customer service! We will continue to patronize Kissee Ford for any future needs. Thank you, Morgan

I recently visited this location for the first time for an oil change and tire rotation on my ford vehicle.The staff were friendly and helpful and on a Saturday was a smooth transaction under a hour and was told 1 hour but they also did the 10 point heck with checking my fluids to make sure none were low.

Had the best experience yesterday! Take your business here and ask for Edward! He did an amazing job at helping me find my car and even was willing to help my dad find a truck for him as well! Jack Kissee Ford, I will most definitely tell others about this place, thank you for helping me find a great (like brand new) car!

Not at all happy with the service dept. I was quoted a price for a replacement keyless fob.It is the type that has a normal key hidden in the fob in case of emergency. The price was$250.00. The woman quoting the price told me " we have to send out the blank key to be laser cut, we don't do thatHere" i asked if it would be $250 total she said "yes." Now today, not 15 min ago, the woman at the counter said it would beAn additional charge of $70 for that. I just dropped $250 and you want more for that part of my replacement fob? I feel i was misledAnd lied to. I have 2 fords and i will take them somewhere else for tires and oil changes and repairs. They just lost a customer.

Well I guess after posting our experience with the dealership they called us and asked if they could have another shot at gaining our trust. They came to the house picked up my truck and took it to the dealership to finish the repairs we paid for (doors not locking with remote or switch) they fixed one door, but not both. They brought the truck back to us later that day. That was great, however no one ever apologized for the treatment of my wife. I think a personal apology was in order.

In from out of town and picked up a nail along the way. Brand new Bronco Sport so first thought was for help at the local Ford dealer. Bad idea. Told flat out no and basically go away we are too busy. If you need help in Claremore go to Robertson. Got us right in with a new tire and out the door within an hour. Not a smile in the place and genuinely got the vibe we should not be there. Life is too short, spend your money elsewhere. One star is too many.

Don't buy a vehicle from them if you are expecting any customer service after the sell. Can't get an appointment for service for 2 weeks. Stuck without a vehicle that is still under warranty but can't drive! Called another dealership in Tulsa and got it in the same day! I bought local just in case I ever needed service, won't make that same mistake twice!

I had a wonderful buying experience with Jack Kissee Ford. After shopping online, I found the make and model I wanted at Jack Kissee Ford. The online pictures looked great but I called ahead to verify condition before driving two hours to see the vehicle in person. They were very helpful in this - I asked for any type of dents, dings, scratches. They told me the vehicle was in excellent condition as pictured and they were correct. My used vehicle was in near showroom condition. I like the vehicle I bought but plenty of people sell vehicles. At Jack Kissee, I felt like a valued customer. They were very patient in letting my wife and I walk around the vehicle to inspect it and test drive it and no pressure once we returned. I got an excellent used vehicle at a below market price (I did a lot of shopping before going to the dealership) and was treated very well throughout the process. The vehicle was cleaned and filled with gas while I handled paperwork. While this was happening, it was discovered that our car was missing the second key. This wasn't an issue though because our salesperson, Luke Sontag, got another key ordered immediately. While waiting for the key to arrive (it took a couple of days) Luke let me know that the detail crew mentioned that my vehicle could use a coat of wax to keep it looking nice. Luke offered a loaner vehicle to run around town while the second key was programmed and my vehicle was being waxed. I can't believe the attention to detail and willingness to take care of a customer shown by Luke and Jack Kissee Ford, especially after the deal was already completed. I'm 110% satisfied with my purchase and the staff at Jack Kissee Ford. I highly recommend them and would be happy to buy from them again when it's time. I'd like to thank our salesperson Luke Sontag and Lyle Johnston for helping make this such a great buying experience.
