This is a great little shop to pop in and browse. J Spencer is known for unique gifts of all kinds of varieties. It's like gift central! I love all the varieties of jewelry both local and national brands. It's a great place to buy gifts for the female on your list (especially if a teacher)! They also carry Vera Bradley bags, Corkcicle thermoses, unique stylish clothing, purses bags and even shoes. Great time saver to check off multiple people on your list in one location!

Terrible business practices and management at this location. I have had an issue with jewelry I ordered months ago and I have attempted to discuss the matter several times with the manager who apparently can't be bothered to speak to me. Finally after reaching out to the company who makes the items I ordered something was done however it was nothing that will help the situation. The manager ok'd changes to the items I ordered without my consent and now when the items arrive Monday (if they even arrive) I will have to again go ask for a refund considering I did not receive what I ordered. I ordered this jewelry on October 30th. Completely ridiculous and inexcusable behavior. I have purchased several articles of clothing from this location over the years and frequently lose buttons or start having hems unravel before they have even been washed but I have overlooked these things because it was a local business and I know how to sew on a button but this, this is entirely too much. I've already reached out to the BBB and will be discussing these issues with them further tomorrow. Be careful purchasing items from this store and certainly don't prepay and order an item.

Absolutely love this store! Got awesome mothers day presents for my family, an they r very reasonable on prices. They also have Pandora ;) the service is quick, not pushy but very gentle an sweet.

I searched the internet for a particular brand and style of necklace for my son's girlfriend. I found what I was looking for at J. Spencer. When I called the store, Maddy, was extremely helpful to me. She was willing to take the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Since I live in Florida, she texted me photos of different options for the gift, and we purchased two of them. She beautifully wrapped the gifts and mailed them directly to my son at his college dorm in New York. My son was so happy and his girlfriend loved the gifts. Maddy even attached a gift receipt, which was not even necessary. I am elated with my customer experience, primarily due to Maddy. Her friendliness, enthusiasm, and willingness to help a customer by phone is not prevalent today, and she is the type of person companies seek to hire. Jennifer even followed up with a phone call to let me know the gift was directly shipped to my son. I will definitely be ordering from them again. They have some beautiful items on their website. I highly recommended this business.

I love this place. I can always pop in for a last minute gift or a place to find some jewelry for an outfit. All the employees are very nice and knowledgable. I love that they have a rewards program.

A very stylish locally owned boutique! I love their clothing and they have a great selection of jewelry at great prices! I always have great service, will definitely go back. I always try to shop local and this is one of my favorites.

Purchased a wedding gift for my daughter. My husband was with me. We BOTH told the salesgal that we might need to return the item if she didn't like it. Not once did the salesgal tell us that a full refund was not an option. I found this out when I tried to return the item the next day. Yes...the return policy is printed on the receipt. But at the point you have the receipt in hand, it's too late. You've already purchased the item. Buyer beware! If you buy it you own it. OR...you have the option of exchanging or taking an in-store credit. After the treatment I received, please tell me why I would want to exchange or take in store credit? I will absolutely not shop here again.
