I needed my wedding re-sized, I had seen J. David's commercials and social media post so I decided to give them a try since they were close to my house. I'm so glad I did! And that's even when the first time didn't work. For some reason it was still too small. It was done quickly, price was reasonable, and they didn't charge for the second time around. Craftsmanship was incredible, you can't tell the ring had been re-sized. When I got it back they had polished and cleaned it up, it looked brand new. This is my new go to place.

I got married almost three years ago and I hadn't cleaned my ring AT ALL. I knew I had to do it but since my husband bought it online, I wasn't sure where to go. I hear some jewelry stores offer complimentary cleaning if you purchase it from them. The ring was so dirty, it was really bothering me and I knew I had to take it somewhere even if I had to pay for the cleaning. This location opened not too long ago. It's where jiffy lube was located and the space is huge. I walked in and the two employees were immediately attentive and welcoming. I explained my predicament and they treated me like I was a long time customer. They examined my ring and since it's an opal and prone to getting damaged, they can't just put it in their cleaning machine. They had their jewelry expert (who works in the basement) clean it themselves. While I waited, they offered me water, chocolate, and a catalog of their latest collection. The price ranges vary widely, which surprised me. I thought everything would be super expensive but that's not the case. Once my ring was cleaned, they brought it back and it was unrecognizable. It sparkled again! I was so happy. It looked brand new. I asked how much I owed and they said nothing. I was floored. Is this normal? If so, I had no idea. They even told me I should bring it in every 6 months or at least once a year to make sure it stays sharp and all the diamonds are in place. I had never set foot in one of their stores but now I will definitely come back and actually purchase something. Highly recommend. The customer service is unmatched.
