They charged me $50 for a small plastic part for my waster drawer that should have be a maximum of $20. My repair man said they quoted him $20. They are ripping me off. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Needed a fridge but wasn't planning on buying a new one at this time, so I bought a used one from J&J last night on the website. Called the store on Garnett this morning to schedule delivery and spoke to Donya or Tonya or Sonya, who identified herself as the manager. She had a very rude tone, placed me on hold without telling me, left me on hold for a very long time, made me repeat myself several times, and hung up on me. I called back and she told me she hung up on me because she was with a customer. I then called the store on Pine and was placed on hold and the manager never came to the phone. Only shop here if you like poor service.

I have worked with Jeff and J&J Appliances, and the experience has been great. Everyone I've met seems to have a good attitude, and it's a family place. Nice showroom for used appliances, and a good warranty. Very happy with them. I highly recommend.

DO NOT USE this company!!!!! They charged me $541.16. And did not fix my refrigerator!!! They would not come back to fix the problem!! ! They took my money and did not fix it.

Knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience, good service, good appliances if your appliance is beyond repair.

They are not using licensed technicians to do the work that needs to be done. The electrician does not have a license and takes the role on as a HVAC man as well very dangerous to have somebody do your electrical work that does not have a license. he is shady and a crooked man the owner is.

The owner was rude and condescending! The staff was otherwise great but this clown should step away and let professionals run his business before he runs it into the ground. What a colossal piece of shit. He smirked at me when i told him my problem, despite the fact that this dryer is brand new and under warranty, he won't do anything for me. STAY AWAY!

A year ago we purchased a dishwasher for our VERY large family.........it gave up....regrettably....about 10 months after we brought it home. We had a few issues trying to locate the correct parts.....Can I tell y'all.......They brought us a brand new dishwasher to replace the other. Let's go!!!Yes!!!Use J&J !!!

i am so impressed with luke the tech. and with flash the delivery guy! luke has been here several times he is a brain! ! he has fixed a washer and dishwasher problems very knowledgeable too. and the fastest delivery i have ever had was with flash lol he had already moved washers out and in and loaded in the truck in abot 7 mins. thank you guys you are awesome and i hope j and js appreciate you both as much as i do as a customer! thank you! kayla proctor
