J and J Appliance

The repair was quick and easy and the technician was skilled and professional on the washing machine that I purchased from J & J some time back. BUT it was $165 labor for 10 minutes of work!!! Seriously that is a total scam of charges even taking into consideration overhead costs that a business has. I will never utilize their services again because of the outrageous prices.

I recently purchased an oven from J & J Appliances after the element in mine caught fire. After searching a number of places, I found a great deal at J & J Appliances. Their service was excellent and very professional. I love my new oven with convection! This oven is definitely an upgrade and was a lot better deal than the other places I checked. I will definitely shop there again.

I've met the owner and some of his staff and they were great. Great experience all around. I recommend. Lots of used appliances for sale, and the prices were good. I enjoyed the visit and recommend them highly if you're looking for a replacement.

I would not call them for repair, call a repairman with good reviews. I think their main focus is selling used appliances, which is fine. I paid a man 110 dollars for 15 minutes of his time to tell me it would cost $1000 to repair my $750 3 year old fridge, then pointing out I could buy a used one from J&J. In hindsight I would have called a repairman with no conflicting interest. JJ's is basically a used appliance store, not a repair shop.

I am so impresed with J and J appliances! This is a honest company to purchase any appliance from. They stand behind their warranties. Luke was great to fix my washer. Excellent customer servie and fixed my washer quickly. It is so nice to buy appliance from this company. J and J appliance stand behind there applainces! Great customer service with great products!

I purchased a used washer from them after discussing the stock they had on hand for a very fair price. I had a little glitch in it a few weeks after I purchased it. They agreed to let me trade it in for another or have this one repaired. I chose the repair, as I liked the washer. Luke came out the next day, ordered the part and put it in a few days later for free. I cannot say enough positive things about this whole experience. Sales, delivery and service are top notch. Communication was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them for good, solid appliances and service.

I definitely won't be using them again. You should not get charged a service fee when the technician doesn't have the part on hand to fix the issue right then. Also, management is unwilling to work with you when their technicians botch a job - which resulted in having to order ANOTHER part. You want someone that gets it right the first time and on a timely basis. That wasn't the case for me.

This place is a joke and the service people are rude I'm a cancer patient and got a washer on a payment arrangement I pay faithfully it broke down two months after I got it I called and they told me I'm 8 Miles out of there range to fix it call the manufacturer was put on hold all day at the warranty department so I called again same thing J&J won't help me this place is not the place to get house hold items I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I am getting 2 works for you on it!!!!!!!!

Great service from this company! I bought a kenmore front load washer that did work well, but it broke. They promptly sent out a tech to diagnose it, found the potential cause but parts not available. They then replaced the washer with another one and it's working superbly! I am very happy with the service and the quality of the machine I ended up with! Big thanks to all the employees of J and J Appliances in Tulsa, they went above and beyond to provide the best service possible!

I have used J & J Appliances for my washer, dryer and refrigerator. I could not be more pleased. 5 stars for Staff also. Thank you so much.
