Fortunately, my simple turkey club with fries wasn't too difficult for Iron Sillet to create without messing it up. It was good. My waitress was very friendly and accommodating.However, other entrees I saw diners eating were skimpy, subpar and costly. The buffet at $15.29 offered a disappointing selection of mediocre choices and no dessert.The place is dimly lit and needs some brighter lighting. This may be the best option diners and truckers have in the area.

$15 for buffet with mediocre food that's equivalent to jail food with no desert...Oh wait they have stale brownies... Golden Corral has way more to choose from and doesn't cost $15... This isn't just this Iron Skillet...It's all of them... Nasty ass food.. Service was good though... yay

Iron Skillet is located in the Petro Truck Stop and close to the Greyhound Bus Station. My husband is a truck driver and loves this place! They have an all you can eat buffet and a counter just for truckers plus booths and tables. We came with our daughter and her boyfriend and ordered off the menu. My husband and I ordered the Southern smothered pork chops with mashed potatoes, those also come with a salad. My daughter wasn't really hungry and had fries while her boyfriend Bernie, ordered an omelette. Yes, you can order breakfast even at night! The plates are cute silver skillets. We didn't have too long of a wait for the food and it came nice and hot. It all tasted so good, wish we had room for dessert but we didn't. My only complaint here was our waitress, she may have been new. Didn't smile, didn't come fill out drinks or check on us but she was talking to a lot of truck drivers at their counter whom may have been regulars. She didn't wear a name tag or I would've mentioned it. It ended up costing $54.98 for our meal with a party of four, so not too bad.

The burger was good after waiting 35min. They charge 2.13 for a little bowl of Mac and Cheese. Ridiculous. Then, the manager, got pissy when I demanding to have the mac remove. She said it was 8oz and it wasn't. You would expect more for the price.

Actually not as bad as alot of Petros ive been to. Ate Thanksgiving here because i was stuck like chuck. Clean, fully staffed, food was replenished quickly, lots to choose from, fresh veggies on salad bar, nice and attentive waitresses.

Food is pretty good for what u pay. They do have buffet. Customer service is little slow means take longer to bring ur food out. U have to ask for everything instead of them using their common sense.

I was getting used to having not so good service at truckstop restaurants. Well, my experience here today changed all that. My server was Chavella and she had a great attitude towards her job and her customers. I never had to ask for a refill and she was always checking to make sure all was okay. Her personality is perfect for her people person job. Every restaurant should have a Chavella working for them. Here, Chavella makes you feel right at home. Next time I'm rolling through OKC and stop here, I'll be asking for Chavella's section. Thank you Chavella for a superb experience!!
