All smiles! Great customer service and super yummy do nuts starting at 4am!!!!Clean and comfortable location with some cool decor!

This place is amazing! My husband and I visited here while in town to see my family. AMAZING maple flavored, melt-in-your-mouth donuts we LOVE! Reasonable prices and hours are great. We were there late into the evening and it was just the treat to end my tour of the town I was born in. We will definitely be back when we return again. Thank you guys for quality customer service.

When Tim's there, he'll give you a hot fresh donut for free just for waiting for your order to get ready. I'll definately be back with all my friends!!

World's best maple bar! The whipped icing makes all the difference and it's so good. By far, the best I've ever had.

I ordered two dozen donuts for pick up the next day. I ordered a dozen glazed, half a dozen Chocolate Iced, 3 maple bars, and 3 filled donuts. I paid around $20 ahead of time. Several minutes later they called me back to tell me they left off the 3 filled donuts and I was going to need to pay for that the following day upon pick up. The next day I go to pick up my donuts and they proceed to charge me for the 3 filled donuts except I got recharged for taxes and the credit card fee!! It was not my mistake, I should not have been recharged taxes or the credit card fee. (I was not told about the credit card fee the day before if I had then I would have 100% brought cash.) In addition, the lady serving the food did not have her mask on properly. It was down at her chin. This is not only unsanitary for our times but also a violation of the state mandate. The donuts were okay but I have gotten better service at Sunny's and Shipleys. I was VERY disappointed because I heard such good things about this place.

I returned to Irish Maid twice since my last review and had two different experiences. I went a week ago one late Friday night and a older (very polite) lady was working (possibly the owner) . Greeted me as soon as I entered the shop. I ordered a dozen donuts even though I told myself I next time I will only one donut at a time. The donuts were amazing! Soft and chewy just like I remembered a year ago! TWO days ago I returned again for more donuts and sadly to say they were horrible! Hard donuts as the first time I returned this year. It HAS to be the person making it because I saw the same rude lady in the back working with the donuts. FYI: I'd be careful ordering a large amount if the young, dark hair, and chubby lady is working.

I have loved Irish Maid donuts for over 40 years, but every time I go there anymore they are closed. Since I don't live in Fort Smith, I don't get there at the times they are open. I have tried several different times and it is always the same.
