Ippin Ramen and Sushi

Ippin Ramen and Sushi is located on Main Street at one end of Broken Arrow downtown. There's a shared parking lot in the back on top of street parking. If you decide to try this place I would recommend sushi over ramen. The rainbow roll was a good option because it's a California roll topped with different fish (basically salmon and tuna). It was good - 4/5 stars. The Ippin ramen was a disappointment. The broth had a sharp and bold sweetness to it. Unfortunately, it was the sweetness of sugar rather than bone barrow broth. Umami is nonexistent at Ippin Ramen and Sushi. The pork bellies were thin slices of pork bellies and tasted horrible. Just Imagine eating steamed bacons, and that was the taste. Yuck! Fish cake was one big thick cut of imitation meat. The ramen here is no where close to Jinya - 2.5/5 stars.The restaurant is nice looking inside and the service was good. There were no other customers and one to-go order. Price is fair, ramens for $14.95 although I wouldn't pay for that price and special rolls are $12.95 each. Bottom line, get sushi and avoid ramen at Ippin Ramen and Sushi.

We have really enjoyed our last few visits to Ippin. If you're going for sushi, I highly recommend the Kiss of Fire Roll and the Fire Roll. I'm not a huge ramen girl, but my husband loves the Crispy Chicken Ramen. I have tried it each time and was pleasantly surprised - it is delicious and has just enough flavor! We also like that the menu has clear pictures of each dish to help us make our decisions. The owner and servers are all very nice but service was a little slow. One other thing is that they don't have an assortment of sauces to put in the ramen like some other ramen places do. They did have soy and eel sauce but that was about it. We thankfully liked the broth as is and didn't really need to doctor it!I would highly recommend giving Ippin a try the next time you're in downtown BA.

This was quite tasty. Very slow at lunch and had attentive service. Lovely restaurant with excellent air conditioning

We went here for lunch during the week. It was dead with only one other person in there. I am dumbfounded on why that is. We found this place on yelp and decided to give it a try. We are very glad we did. Their menu had stuff for all different kinds of taste buds. If you want to try a variety of things then go there. The price was very reasonable and will not break the bank. Next time we are in Oklahoma we will definitely stop back.

Went there for my birthday, tried it and liked it. If you like ramen and sushi go for it. My 6 year old daughter ate plane ramen and fried calamari thinking they were "chicken onion rings". We enjoyed the food and will likely go back. The service was prompt and it was a nice setting but not uncomfortably fancy.

I came in and there were only 10 customers sitting down. Most of them already had their food. Waiting over 40 min for my to go food which is absolutely insane. I don't like giving restaurants bad reviews but why should I sit here for 40+ min waiting for a to go when no one is inside and it's not packed?

I like! Fresh sushi. Generous ramen. Goyza done just right. I also really enjoyed the generous house Reisling. Go! Its not just a take out. Dine In is nice also.

Amazing service and food! So yummy! The staff was very friendly and had great recommendations! I love to warm up to a great bowl of ramen!

Wonderful service from our waitress Melissa. She was attentive, sweet. and on top of it! Food was good as always. Love this place!

The service is absolutely phenomenal I loved the waitress I had and the food here is very good, especially the boba. I also love the scenery they have in the restaurant and the music they play.
