Inaka Sushi Bar & Hibachi - Edmond

New space is great. Not sure when they opened but I wasn't aware Inaka had a location in Edmond. I stopped in for lunch one day and I have to say, it is so different in quality than their original location.I got the spicy tuna and spicy salmon roll for lunch. The rolls were VERY dry, there was way too much tempura in the seafood mix and too much rice. everything just tasted too pasty. The service was good, although the place was pretty empty when I went since it was almost their lunch break time. I think I'll probably just stick to their OG location after this experience.

Ok before we get into anything - please order the truffle king salmon appetizer, that's step 1! Step 2, try your best not to order the entire menu because the sushi here is so good!But that truffle king salmon guys...so GOOD. I love raw salmon in general, but raw salmon and some truffle soy sauce?! Soooo so good. Their rolls were good too! Super fresh, and great portions. We don't usually order noodles but we were feeling it that day so we got the fried udon and it was pretty good! Super filling and was delicious. They also have happy hour EVERY DAY (Yes, even on the weekends), so it is well worth the trip I promise!I got it for take out so only stepped in to observe the ambience for two seconds, but it seemed like a nice little spot. Service was quick and super friendly so we will definitely be back.

This restaurant has a lot to choose from. They had a large list of appetizers, sushi, rolls, noodles, and so much more. Everything was prepared and presented very perfectly. The service was amazing. My favorite things were the mixed berry jelly sake, spicy edamame crab rangoons, spicy tuna crispy rice and the noodles! The atmosphere was very moody, perfect for date night.

Looking for a new place to eat Sushi? They just recently opened and they have a very nice facility. I stuck with the lunch menu and was very satisfied. I always have to add the Ikura - always good!I came shortly after the lunch hour and it wasn't busy at all! I most definitely have to return!

My wife and I went here for a Friday lunch date, it was somewhat empty before the typical lunch rush. Once seated we were attended to very promptly a well taken care of. The size of the rolls comes in a tie for first to sapparo sushi in my opinion. Loved the hurricane roll and the shumai appetizer. Overall a great place that's close by, will definitely be going back.

The service is absolutely phenomenal! It seems to me like they redid their restaurant within the past 6 months and it looks so much better!!! The atmosphere is so welcoming and the staff is very friendly! Their sushi is great, not to mention, their chicken fried rice is probably the best in the city. Everyone should try Inaka at least once in their life!

Visited some friends and we decided to order some UberEats. They had just opened and we were craving some sushi and hibachi. I didn't get a chance to take a picture of the sushi but my friends said it was delish. I'm not a sushi fan and decided to get some hibachi. Keep in mind for lunch, they don't offer a lunch box special, so I ended up getting the dinner which is a bit more expensive. But very worth it! The meat was marinated well and tasty. The soup was flavorful as well. It also comes with a salad which was refreshing and your typical Japanese dressing. The noodles were the best! I really loved the flavor and it was super tasty. Consistency was like ramen noodles but more of a stir fry. We got our food super quick and we devoured it just as quick. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere of this restaurant was wonderful! Perfect setting for a relaxed meal with family and friends. The red velvet cake is a must have- hands down one of the greatest cakes I've ever had!

EVERYONE WAS SO NICE! I really enjoyed date night here, everything was clean and seem to be the highest quality. We were seated promptly upon arrival, so many well priced options to choose from and everything tasted wonderful - to perfection! There is a calm and relaxing atmosphere! (And really good high quality napkins. I legit thought about how I never seen branded napkins like this at sushi places and how good quality it was lol check out the napkins the next time you go lol) Oh and make sure you try THE MOST PERFECT PAN FRIED DUMPLINGS / GYOZA YOU WILL EVER HAVE. This currently has our #1 spot and it might be pretty hard to beat

$30 for this??? We should have just made a pack of ramen noodles. If this is a "hibachi" portion of a $30 meal, then this is absolutely NOT worth it. We will not be ordering here again, as this is now our second bad experience.
