Made my first movie experience at Icon Cinema on 23rd Street with Wicked and was entirely let down. The theater was dirty, sticky soda all over the floor, and no one to take our tickets at the front. Once in the theater, the sound to our commercials and ads seemed low. I figured it would get louder once the show began. Nope. It was so quiet I heard Gladiator II next door more than I could hear the singing in Wicked. When told that the sound quality was poor and that the movies from the other theaters were too loud, we were told there was nothing they could do.Save your $, go to AMC or Regal. Never coming back here!

First off, is this a duplicate entry? Because I see another "Icon Cinema OKC Windsor" with the same address immediately above. Anyway, this movie theater is great, has discounted tickets and an assortment of lobby food/snack offerings, even alcohol and ice cream. I think there may be potential to convert this into one of those dine-in movie theaters. However, doing that would make the place lose its nostalgic charm I feel. Overall very much recommended!

What can I say about Icon Cinema. Coming back brings the nostalgia of the past, a time when I was not old enough to drive. My friends and I were even got kicked out once when we tried to sneak into an R rated movie, Matrix Reloaded I believe. My friends and I used to walk to this old movie theater which has been remodeled and now looks better than ever. It's still an old theater, don't get me wrong, and it's no Tinseltown Cinemark with inferior seats and venue. Location is not great either. Unless you live in the area, you wouldn't even know this movie theater. Located in Windsor Hills Plaza, but on the backside instead of where all the other businesses are. I had to look for it to find it. I only go back for the nostalgia otherwise Tinseltown is where I would go.

Prices are cheap and everything is sticky. It's a classic cinema from years past with updated seating. Not the fanciest, but still with the times.

This was a decent little theater. You can tell it's a little older. We had a big group rent out a theater and that's how we ended up here. Free refills on soft drinks and popcorn in the concession, which was great! And the seating looked brand new and was super comfy! Fully reclining! Very nice

I have been to this theatre twice in two weeks! It is everything a theater experience should be. It's clean and you can tell their team takes pride in their jobs. The team is happy to be here, patient and helpful. Special shout out for Ahki and Anita's hospitality, humor, and kindness. The popcorn bar is interactive and such a cool niche to have for kids. I'm so happy this is in the neighborhood! Thank you Icon for bringing the classic experience back to the movies!

Went here yesterday to see Oppenheimer. It's old and small but they made it as nice as they could. Bathrooms are still old and not remodeled. Unlimited sodas, popcorn, slushies - we didn't utilize any refills but it's a great option for those that want it. There is no bar. The red reclining seats are super uncomfortable but each one has a USB port so that's a nice perk. Regardless, we won't go back as we like the larger venues better.

We're visiting from south Texas, and this theatre was closest to our hotel. Upon arrival I was a bit suspicious, the theatre front facade was not in a main road, but rather on the backside of a commercial building. After going inside, I was delighted to see a sort of carnival appearance, but not in a derogatory way. It was joyful inside and the staff was extremely diverse & friendly. Very cool. Price point was not cheapBut not unreasonable by today's economic standards. We watched Wild Robot and my family of 5 had a great time. Super bonus, the seats were in immaculate condition and the restrooms were spotless and smelled great. If I was a local I would frequent this theatre often. Great work guys, we felt welcomed and entertained.
