Wonderful experience. We booked on the 15th floor so that we could have access to the Regency Club and that was so worth it. We were able to get snacks and waters during our entire stay (only one time was it completely empty because someone had cleaned everything out- my guess was into their purse). Our room was very comfortable and we would definitely stay again. All but one of the valet attendants were incredibly friendly (one was a little cranky) and every one of the shuttle drivers were a delight. Housekeeping seemed very rushed and they did a poor job of making beds but honestly that's hardly a reason to not like a hotel. The Avery restaurant was awesome both times we went (we only went for breakfast). While we took the shuttle almost every time we went to a Drillers game, we did walk instead on Sunday morning and it was an easy, safe walk. We will be back soon!

Honestly really enjoyed my stay here, but one star knocked for the following reasons:1. Parking is inconvenient and it wasn't easy to find the information on their website.2. Hotel room had minor problems: my bathroom lights didn't completely work.3. The gym was filthy which I didn't expect for Hyatt of all places. No AC either so it's unbearable in the summer.4. The couches even in more expensive rooms are not pull out.These issues combined plus the cost of the room would've originally been enough to go with 3 stars, but the customer service was great. I had noisy and somewhat scary neighbors (I found out later they were just a very loud, argumentative Italian family) so when I went to the front desk to ask to switch rooms due to this...they gave me no issues and even upgraded my room to a much bigger space. The woman did look a little frustrated by my complaint as it wasn't the hotel's fault these guys were so loud and part of me wished she put me on another floor, but simply being moved much further down the hall resolved the issue.We also had a pretty short stay, but the staff recognized us. I had a hangover on our last day and so my friend (staying in another room) requested for a later check out for me and they gave him no issues as they recognized us being together all the time.So, while the rooms were nice, the issues were somewhat frustrating, but the staff really made up for it.

As a whole, I am not a big fan of hotels and prefer to VRBO, but we decided to catch a concert in Tulsa at the last minute and stayed at the Hyatt and we were very pleased. From the staff to the accommodations, everything was great. Room was very clean as well as all of the common areas, and the staff even provided us with a free ride to dinner. The staff also said they would pick us back up and take us to the concert and pick us up afterwards if we wanted. That is above and beyond hospitality! The location is also fantastic. The only complaint I would mention is that there was a radio docking station style that didn't work and was dated. A minor inconvenience but would not deter me from staying there again.

It is located very close to the BOK center, which was super convenient as my partner and I came into town to see a show. When you enter, you have to go up the escalators and turn right to check in. The check-in process is very quick and easy. The room was big, the sheets and pillows were super soft, but there was a stain on the comforter, and it looked like one of the headboards had not been wiped down well. The thermostat didn't feel as cool as I usually like at 71, so I set it to 64, and it did get cool, but I didn't feel 64 cool. We used valet we felt like was a good deal as you are paying $21 to self park or $30 to valet. We called down before we left so our car could be pulled up, but when we went downstairs, there was a bunch of people waiting on their cars so we waited. It cleared out in about 10 minutes and we were still waiting so my partner asked a valet and mentioned we had called down and he said he gets a lot of calls and went to go get our car. It was pretty quick at that point but a little frustrating because we called and expected it to be ready.

The Hyatt leaves much to be desired. The rooms are okay we had two fulls. There are refrigerators in room. We had daily service to our rooms which was hard to come by. The location is about the best part.

We had an event out here in Tulsa and the Hyatt place was perfect for our kids and myself to travel the room was very clean and modern decor, gorgeous lobby that serves Starbucks, Free yummy breakfast every morning was kid and parent approved with a nice variety! I didn't offer a 5 star due to our room not being ready for us upon our arrival, not to big of a deal except for the kids were already antsy due to our 2 hour drive into town. The staff was incredibly friendly and did let us know our room wasn't ready right away. Frustrating that check in is at 3 and we were not into our room till just before 6. If you don't want to park off site personably not a hotel for you, this would be something that would detour us elsewhere for our stay next visit. Although I will say the unloading area directly out front of the hotels entrance does make for easy luggage transport before having to park off site and walk. Overall great experience at The Hyatt Place downtown Tulsa. My mistake was not a checking to see that there was no pool or hot tub this is a huge MUST when traveling with our kids. No pool actually didn't effect us this trip kids didn't mind since we were so busy they slept well without swimming to get all the wiggles out before bed!

Two stars off for poor protocols for Covid. As a courtesy to guests, staff should wear masks-particularly the van driver, since it's impossible to distance in a small van. Hotel itself is standard for what you'd expect at the Hyatt.

My family and I stayed here over the weekend for my son's soccer game. Check in was fast and easy. No parking on-site, however, we were lucky enough to get a parking space In the front of hotel entrance. Desk attendant was very friendly and informative. After driving 4 hrs, We ordered pizza at the hotel. However, it was way undercooked and couldn't eat it. I should have requested a refund. The room, bathroom and bed linen was clean and everything was in working condition. Black-out curtains were perfect. No issue there. The walls are very thin and I could hear conversations, doors slamming and the elevator doors opening and closing throughout the night. Therefore, I didn't get any sleep . Guests should be told to have common Courtesy for others. The complimentary breakfast was actually pretty good and tables were clean. Check out was fast and easy. Still not sure if I would stay there again because of the undercooked food and noise.

Terrible experience for our stay earlier this month. The front desk rung our room close to midnight after I was already in bed to inform me that the valet didn't know how to drive my vehicle (standard transmission).I told them I was undressed and in bed, and their response was one of complete indifference.Once I got downstairs, the valet wasn't apologetic in the slightest. When I asked what I was supposed to do, he acted annoyed and gestured broadly saying there was public parking a few blocks away.So I eventually found an unsecured outdoor lot downtown, and managed to walk the few blocks in the cold back to the hotel in my pajamas.That morning I asked to speak with the manager, only to learn that the "we don't give af" attitude flows from the top. Horrible hotel run my horrible people.

My husband and I were supposed to fly out of Tulsa back to Atlanta yesterday, but our flight was canceled due to the weather. We booked a room here. The place was dirty, and disappointing. There was blood on the shower curtains and hair on one of the towels. It is probably a franchise because I can't imagine the parent company letting the hotel go down this bad.
