Hunan Village

The buffet is poor, especially if you go at off-peak hours. Food sits out for too long and is not fresh. Very one-note; the fried foods in particular all taste the same. Our family tried it several times and felt it was far too expensive for the quality. We won't be back.

I like Hunan . like any buffet, you have to go there a few times to find out what the good things are. I think it's the cashew chicken broccoli beef sometimes the fish O and California roll. Their desserts and the salad bars always fresh with good things in it. dumplings chicken on a stick. and the prices are better most places you eat out.

I ate here twice. Hoping the second time would get better. It did not. The lo mein was soggy the white rice was gross and pasty. The food overall was not impressive. I will not and have not returned again.

Took family from out-of-town to eat here Wednesday around 6:15 pm. We all chose to do the buffet. The only food that we all really enjoyed was the shrimp. Even the vegetables were sad looking and tasteless. Waitress gave good service, but I would not recommend this restaurant! If you want a better buffet, choose another restaurant! The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because of the shrimp. We had to pay in advance also.

Lily our server was fantastic truly can't say enough about how amazing attentive friendly and sweet, my Father (retired VA), teenager, boy and toddler were sat at a booth in her sectionShe immediately came and got our drink order and brought another chair and sat it at the end of the booth for more comfortable seating, she always took away our plates after we were done made sure we had plenty of extra napkins and offered us additional salt, pepper and Sriracha sauce, she filled out glasses as soon as they were half full and once we had been there some time she would ask if we wanted more before filling them. Upon leaving my toddler tripped on the carpet to tile floor and mouth started to bleed she immediately brought an ice pack wet napkins and asked if there was anything else she could do to help despite people being actively seated in her area. I don't know what they pay her but it's not enough. Thank you so much for everything. The toddler is fine btw.

Food is terrible Would not recommend this at any time of day. I'd rather go home and cook I would rate this place is a zero

This place is really sketchy as far as food quality and safety... Temps are WAY off from what is considered safe on the buffet. If you come in for a late lunch do not expect the food to be refreshed or replaced once it runs out on the buffet. Tons of one-star reviews here on Yelp documenting the same experiences I have had when dining. There are much better options for your money just standing in their parking lot and looking around at the competition...

Would give zero stars if the option was available. Was charged a 20% tip on a to go without my knowledge. Receipt I received was not for the same amount that was charged to my card. Extremely deceitful.

Tonight, my go to Chinese food place really let my family down. When we get to eat out if it is here most of the time. We have looked past the cheapening of the menu Items thinking they are having it tough too and kept coming trying to support them through all this covid mess. Tonight we ordered almost 70.00 in takeout and I gave my wife a list to pick up The problem was after ten dollar in gas trip we discovered the two large hot and sour soups that my wife ordered and read off my list to the Gentleman in the drive through were replaced with the nasty egg soup...I called to let them know their mistake and She started rambling on about when it is an online order they just pick a soup or something. I stopped her and said it was ordered in person at the drive through she asked for the order number which I gave and she said it has two egg flour soups. We didn't order egg flower soup my wife doesn't even know the name of that soup to mis order it.. She then seeing there was no way to twist it since my wife read it off the list I gave her. said I would have to drive the 40 mile round trip to get it replaced. Never offered to give the money for the soups back, a discount of the price for the soups or anything she was very rude and snapped then there is nothing we can do then... Don't eat here, I can't recommend it anymore. We have eaten here for over 16 years as regulars our daughter has grown up talking to her and for her to treat us this way over a soup.

Family friendly, good environment, price is very reasonable for the big selection. I think is the best Chinese food in Northwest Arkansas.
