I have two Lhasa Apso's and I have struggled to find a good groomer in midtown Tulsa. That look is over cause I found Hugs and Scrubs. Right away you can tell Cindy and her staff love animals, I was put at ease and she actually wanted to show me around to let me me know my dogs would not only be washed and groomed but they would be pampered as well. No cages so the puppies can play and explore in a play area when they are not being worked on. I really am happy with the results too. She made them look fantastic and has pictures on the wall to show off her clients (and skill).Really am happy with this new business.
