Horseshoe Grill

Stopped here at the end of a road trip through Missouri and Arkansas. Menu selection was nice American fare with some Mexican items thrown in. We had Chips and queso, cheeseburgers, and subbed a salad for the fries. Salad was fresh and substantial for a side salad with red onion, cheese, croutons, carrots, and diced tomatoes. Burgers were hand made and great off the grill. Brioche bun was toasted to perfection. Chips and queso were on par with any good Mexican restaurant and a nice add to our supper binge. Dining room was clean and inviting yet simple. Service was spot on. Very happy we found this place and would definitely visit again.

Stopped in hoping to catch the Chiefs game. Grabbed some beer from on tap. It was warm. I ordered the chicken chimichanga and the chicken was dry. We asked upon our arrival if they were playing the Chiefs game and he said they could so we felt confident because they were playing Jets vs Broncos. Soon as that game ended the tv was turned off. Husband ordered Bandit Burrito with shrimp. He liked it ok. Husband was a former architect so as we sat not watching the game he remodeled the bar area in his head. We won't be back.

Food was okay and prices were decent. The taste of it all was nothing special. The fries were everybody's favorite. My son ordered a kids cheeseburger but he likes LTO on it. They charged us for an adult cheeseburger. My husband ordered a yuengling when it was brought to him it was green. Meaning their yuengling on tap was oxidized. The hibiscus cider beer was good. Service was okay. Just a kid doing his job. He knew nothing about bar drinks or foods on taste or preference. Ambiance was quiet. Unfortunately it's not a spot to come to.

The food is just ok, not horrible but not fantastic. The service was kinda slow but not awful. The atmosphere is comfortable. Not a place we will seek out to eat at again but not saying we would never go back.

It's a roadside bar and grill. No frills, average food, good service, and marginal cleanliness. We could walk there from where we were staying, which is why we chose it. The motel folks said "it's OK" when we asked and that's exactly what it turned out to be.

Fast, friendly service, great prices and the food was great. Nice deck out front when the weather is good. I'll be back next time I'm in town!

Fantastic service, quick and good food! Though there isn't a veggie burger, they are super friendly about making any of their other Mexican dishes more vegetarian friendly. If absolutely come back!

Somewhere between "good" and "average". This place was open when most restaurants were closed for the winter which I'm thankful for. The shrimp and fries were good, but the catfish tasted a bit muddy and soggy. Our server was attentive though, and the food came out quick.

The only thing good about this experience was the waitress understanding how many wrong things went our wayI asked for my steak to be medium I asked for my wife's steak to be medium well they both came out burnt well done like they were trying to treat us like gods I sent mine back because I will not eat a burnt steak it came back rare with the vegetables cold and the potatoes cold Again, she apologized, but I will never ever recommend this restaurant to anyone and I used to be a chef, so I know what is expected behind the wall
